Water deteriorated to the point where it would no longer retain chlorine. Calcium levels were off the charts. Was told by two different companies the water had to be replaced.

He came back the next day Sat. out of courtesy just to make sure everything was running smoothly. He made sure that it didn't need more chemicals. And also mentioned that sometimes dirt remains in the piping and that when it starts up it sometimes flushes the dirt out into the spa and the filter gets very dirty and need an extra cleaning, so he opened the filter and everything was fine. But honestly the fact that I had already paid him on Friday and he still came back to check up on Saturday morning is where I said, I'M SOLD! For an emergency call on Easter weekend and all he did $150 was very reasonable price. Sunday came around and my spa was perfectly crystal clear. We had an awesome Easter. The kids had a wonderful time and enjoy themselves very much. If I hadn't had the spa up in running seriously Easter would have not been the same. I am also very much considering using their bi weekly services as soon as summer comes around. I definitely kept their card and will most definitely be forwarding them to other friends.
