ROOTER KING PLUMBING

"Jamal" arrived on time, and cleared out the kitchen drain in 5 or 10 minutes. Then he set about replacing the bathroom faucet. A short time in, he approached me sheepishly and told me he had broken my existing ceramic sink into four pieces. This disaster could have gone several ways from there, but I am happy to report I talked with him and then phoned the main office to report the problem. Eventually Eddie (the owner) came on the phone, and after learning the circumstances promised me he would take the responsibility to replace the sink and make me whole again. There was no screaming at each other. He asked both me and his plumber to take photos and measurements, which we did. We both knew the sink was an odd hexagonal shape set in tile, and there would be difficulties finding a fitting replacement. Jamal patched up the old sink so we could use it pending repair. A while went by, and one day Eddie sent his man to my house with a replacement sink we all hoped would cover the hole. We both liked the new sink, but when Jamal placed it over the hole it was too small to cover the hole. We agreed to find a bigger sink. More time went by, and nobody could find a reasonable replacement sink. Finally I searched my garage and found some spare matching tile which a tile man could use to shrink the hole to fit the smaller sink (I should have done that earlier). That did the trick. The first-try sink was re-acquired, Rooter King's tile man was called, and in just a few days the tile was extended and the new sink replaced as good as new with the new faucet. All ended well. My point is, when a bad thing happened, everybody kept calm and Rooter King willingly did the right thing, even though it took a long time (my fault as well as theirs). It also helped that I did a little research myself and kept in contact before finding the matching tile that permitted the easy, high quality repair. And we had a long history of occasional experience with Rooter King. I plan to continue calling Rooter King, and I have a high admiration for Eddie for doing the right thing.

I like them a lot. I've used them 3-4 times now. I called them because I thought there was some leakage under the house. They went under and reassured me there was no more leaking on it. They didn't get that our foundation was disintegrating and maybe they missed something. But they're good. Their price is kinda average. All the other things they have done have been great. They have to come out repeatedly.

He came and snaked out the lines and left. Great job. He had parts to fix his snake when it broke down. Came when he said and left as soon as he was done. Very professional. Fair price. They get busy on holidays. One reason for that is their price is fair.

Danny and Eddie have been in business for a quarter a century. They have done a lot of work for us in the past and they have done a good job. They love to laugh. They carry everything onboard in their truck. The guys are all seasoned. Its father and son business so passing the torch is happening in a good way. They are local. They don’t have a lot of turnover. They keep each other happy.

They were ok in the beginning. But the last plumber he sent out, was not good. I was not happy with him. He just wasn't right. He wanted us to supply him with paper towels, he didn't bring his own dropcloth or anything.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXCELLENT. COMPARED TO PLUMBERS I HAVE USED IN THE PAST THAT HAVEN'T DONE SUCH A GOOD JOB, THESE GUYS CAME IN AND DID THE JOB. THEY CLEANED UP, AND THEY LEFT. THEY DID IT SO QUICKLY.
