PRO-TECH PAINTING CO

I called Edward and he made an appointment to meet us at the apartment to give us an estimate. He was on time and gave us a written estimate on the spot. They were able to do the work when we needed it done. They showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up very well. A few days later Edward helped us out by dropping by a small amount of paint for touch up for a carpentry repair we needed to make. This is the second apartment Edward has done for us, and both were done very well. Edward is extremely friendly, accommodating, professional, and easy to communicate with.

Painter started with doors because they would need several hours to dry. He used a high gloss white paint. They looked beautiful and were neatly done. He also cleaned up and varnished my threshold, which was looking rather shabby. I had to leave at this point for an appointment; mother stayed to watch. I got back after he had finished the ceiling and touch up. I was pleased with the outcome. The painter did a very professional job and seemed to take pride in his work. There was no mess and not a spot of paint on my new cabinets.

They came on time to provide the quote and we scheduled the work for the following week. They were on time every day and worked hard, only taking breaks for lunch. The bathroom cabinets needed five coats of paint to cover the wood grain, and they didn't charge extra for the extra time and materials that were needed. They did a good job, but I could tell that they were anxious to get out of there on the last day, and I think some of the trim work could have been done more professionally. I ended up scraping some of the paint off the window trims myself because it looked somewhat messy. Overall, though, I think they did a good job and I got what I paid for.

They had all the prep work done in one day. I think from start to finish it took three and a half days. They were so neat and clean. They made sure that everything was taped and covered. They did such a good job that you could not even tell that they never removed the switch plates from the outlets. They painted right around them. Everyone was very nice and they worked quickly. I was so happy that they were so careful around everything. They get the highest rating and recommendation I can give them.

Workers on time, neat truck, no radio turned on, small lunch break, cost reasonable. Workers are Asian, very polite.

IT WAS OKAY. I JUST THOUGHT THAT IT WAS OKAY. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT I HAD TO HAVE IT DONE SO I DID. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AGAIN. A LOT OF THINGS THAT THEY PROMISED THEY DIDN'T DO IT.
