I am looking for a new gardener. My old gardener has been in the house for like over 30 years, but not as thorough as I would like it. I would not suggest him. I know that he has quite a few homes that he does in this block and actually lives in this neighborhood himself, but you know that as they get older they kind of get slow. He cuts the hedges and it is not even straight. It is so bad that he has been with us for 30 years, but you know when you are looking at someone doing your lawn and it is quick, it is not substantial to my standards. So, I would like someone that is a little more caring, because I really would like to start planting flowers and things like that and I want a gardener who would pay attention to things like that. He comes to my house every Friday. He does trimming of hedges and mowing of the lawn. He has some workers, who come out and they do the lawn but not consistent. I watch them and it takes them only 15-20 minutes to do the lawn itself. He is professional, but it is his workers who sometimes give you attitude I do not know why. They do not pay attention to details.
