+ -1 moreI originally sent my Marantz sr8015 because it was shutting down @ low volume when I got it back the right channel was not working and I notice a couple of dings in the front of the unit and I could see the speaker terminals were loose and a couple of them bent George from hitechtronic told me by phone there was no issue that the right front channel was working fine ill attach the paperwork saying that well I sent it to what marantz support recommended telling me it was there best service repair shop turns out they have to replace the entire speaker bord so in a nutshell what George told me was a blatant lie. I show in this video The conditions I received it. so now I'm stuck paying over 300.00 what ever you do DO NOT TAKE IT to HITECHTRONICS. [*** Link removed ***]

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were professional and competent and I was well pleased.
Description of Work: I took my Denon turntable DP 23F Quartz in because it cease to work. They diagnosed the problem and repaired in in two days. I could not find another source that could do this.
