custom cabinets
 + -1 moreThe provider had measured my cabinets incorrectly originally. When I went back to the provider to get crown molding that matched, they claimed to the my builder that they don't sell moldings and that my cabinet style is discontinued. Even though when I look online, my cabinets are being shown. My builder has been there three time now, and they still will not sell us the crown molding. Also, my builder told me that they are more like a "store front" now, and not even a real company. In the past they had a showroom and even had a designer that helped you pick out the right cabinets.
Description of Work: The provider installed cabinets in the kitchen for remodeling and also remodeled my bathroom.

Description of Work: I purchased kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. They scheduled a pick-up date, and called me a few days ahead to confirm my cabinets were ready for pickup. I rented a u-haul truck to pick up the cabinets. While loading the cabinet pieces, i realized that one cabinet was missing, and another cabinet was not assembled correctly. They were unwilling to compensate in any way, and i had to rent a u-haul truck again to pick up the missing cabinet several days later.
