Initial stain color we selected turned out different in application. Dr Teak agreed to re-finish my furniture at no additional cost, sent color samples to choose from, which was very good and helpful. A different tech came out to re-do the furniture and did a good job.

It went great. Pick up and return delivery was satisfying. Staff was pleasant.

The Dr. Teak technicians arrived exactly when they said they would and worked tirelessly for nearly 6 hours pressure washing/sanding/treating our furniture and I'm happy to say it looks absolutely beautiful!--better than new in my opinion!! We are so very pleased with the work Dr. Teak provided and would definitely use them again as well as refer them to friends and family. The job was pricey, but pretty comparable to another major teak restoration service.

The outdoor furniture hadn't been cleaned in two years. I called Dr. Teak and they were able to give me an estimate within a day. They crew came over the following Monday. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and left me with some quality work. I would highly recommend Dr. Teak.

Upon being referred to Dr. Teak and explaining my dilemma they assured me that their professional staff would work around my schedule and have all the furniture restored to new condition. They were refreshingly punctual and very professional. Communication was a priority for the company, always keeping me updated and made aware of the steps that would be taken to accomplish our goals. There was a lot of furniture and every piece was made to look better than new. I will certainly be contacting this team of professionals again.
