Description of Work: I contracted Chandler's Roofing to re roof my mother;s house. They did a great job and cleaned everything up afterwards. I will call them for all my future roofing needs.

Description of Work: Removed existing roof and replaced with new. Some underlayment needed and was repaired.

Description of Work: The quality of the work was fine. We had one misunderstanding regarding the terms of the contract, but it was settled amicably. Taught me that you can't be too specific regarding contract terms.

Description of Work: Chandler coated the roof areas of my condo complex and repaired areas where the underlying roofing material had failed. The workers were excellent in all aspects including knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Description of Work: Installed on a flat spanish style roof a PVC 60mil all white roof including three tubular skylights and remove and replace tile around perimeter of roof. Plus removed and replaced underlayment and any rotting wood on a large tile roof across the front portion of house. Later used them to replace two skylights on my mother's home. Her pricing not included with my roof work. Excellent work overall.

Description of Work: This is the second year I have used this Company. There service People speak English, do their job, and are polite and friendly. Their charges are slightly higher for Services, but you get what you paid for. I would use them again and recommend them to Friends and Relatives

Description of Work: After getting several estimates, my wife and decided to go with Chandler's, even though their bid was highest, because they offered a special installation with a 40-year warranty from GAF, the shingle manufacturer. |Daniel Marchand, the project manager, gave us a thorough presentation and was easily-available by phone whenever I had a question or issue. The written contract was especially thorough and detailed; instructions for our preparation of the property prior to re-roofing was very helpful. |Work crews were consistently prompt and worked independently of any supervision from me. | |The job took about a week and Chandler's kept a weather-eye out for possible showers while the roof was exposed, and had a plan ready in case of any rain. Crews were conscientious to keep the area clean when they left and to ensure that nails didn't get left on the driveway. | |Chandler's has now completed their part of the contract and the city inspector has signed-off on the work. I have received notice from GAF that their inspector will come by in a few weeks to do the final inspection and approve the warranty. After that, you can check back with me in 40 years to see how decent an investment I made. | |To me, Chandler's is like the Rolls-Royce of roofing: their price may seem higher than the competition, but their guys are paid by the hour (rather than by the job) to ensure that they do a good job. If roofing is an issue where you want high quality rather than lower price (like I do), they get my A rating. | |

Description of Work: Nice job by the workers and they were friendly and professional. They arrived eight hours late and when I called to ask about the delay the lady answering the phone was not very polite or professional. Seemed annoyed that I would question missing the agreed on window of arrival.
