[member name removed], our records and job paperwork show that the job was completed, approved by you and paid in full. On December 17th, we sent out follow up email to you, just as we do to everyone of our clients. It was then that we received a response from Martina that something on the job was not completed. Ricardo, your project manager called and left a message, trying to discuss what outstanding issue there was. We never received a call back from you guys. We are a bit confused as to the negative review, but more importantly we would like to know what outstanding issue you may have so it can be addressed. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience.

Description of Work: They replaced my cracked and leaking deck with a terrific product designed for heavy traffic. There was confusion on the first day- workers did not know about the plan to install a drain. And I did not know that they did not plan to start work that day, only came to look over the job. But when they returned they were ready to go and very professional. I was consulted on significant decisions and their recommendations made good sense. The product has a limited lifetime warranty and I do not worry about having to redo the deck ever again.

Description of Work: We contacted Chandler's Roofing to give us an estimate on options for a replacement roof. They were extremely professional and advised us that a roof replacement was not necessary. We were ready to pay several thousand dollars; and rather than taking our money they told us we could wait several years.

We are extremely sorry for the mishap. As a partner in Chandler's Roofing, I take personal responsibility for mistakes like this. I have tried reaching you this morning to discuss. It truly was an honest mistake. Vanessa did take this lead herself and did set it on the calendar for Ricardo, however somehow the lead was deleted from our system. The mistake did not get caught by our manual systems. No excuses, but I have addressed this with our office staff will work diligently as always to correct the mistake in the future. If you read this, or received my voicemail, please give me a call back so we can discuss. If we can make it up to you in any way, we will and I will personally come out to run your estimate if I have to.

[member], we apologize for any inconvenience you and your wife may have faced. We're having a difficult time tracking any history of you or your wife's name in our system, as well as your address in Hawthorne. That being said, I want to inform you of our policy for estimate inquiries. Each and every lead is very important to us and our business and customer service is the cornerstone of Chandler's Roofings history. Every inquiry that comes into our company is immediately entered into our contact management database with first name, last name, telephone number, scope of work, address and an appointment is scheduled with one of our estimators right then on the phone. If someone calls during the hours in which we are closed, they can leave a message and their call is returned within 24 hours, unless that message is left on a Saturday or Sunday, in which time the call is returned first thing Monday morning. All inquiries and appointments are logged into our database with very little room for error. The fact that we can't find any history of a call from you or your wife and the fact we can't find any history of your name or address in our database is leaving us a little perplexed. If in fact a mistake happened, we apologize for that and hope we can make it up to you in the future. If you are still in need of work, please call us at 310-831-7663 and we will get someone out there immediately. Regards...
