We're having a difficult time tracking any history of you or your wife's name in our system, as well as your address in Hawthorne. That being said, I want to inform you of our policy for estimate inquiries. Each and every lead is very important to us and our business and customer service is the cornerstone of Chandler's Roofings history. Every inquiry that comes into our company is immediately entered into our contact management database with first name, last name, telephone number, scope of work, address and an appointment is scheduled with one of our estimators right then on the phone. If someone calls during the hours in which we are closed, they can leave a message and their call is returned within 24 hours, unless that message is left on a Saturday or Sunday, in which time the call is returned first thing Monday morning. All inquiries and appointments are logged into our database with very little room for error. The fact that we can't find any history of a call from you or your wife and the fact we can't find any history of your name or address in our database is leaving us a little perplexed. If in fact a mistake happened, we apologize for that and hope we can make it up to you in the future.
