+ -1 moreOur roof does not leak or anything. It took them two days to get the roof torn off and another three days to get the new roof on. I am very impressed with the way they did business. They also worked very nicely and professionally to get the roof on within the time frame we wanted.
Description of Work: Central Roofing tore off our roof and put a new composite shingle roof on our 3000 square foot home.

Description of Work: I called for a small repair. They would not send out a crew to take a look (sort of understandable) but would not even recommend another company for the job (kind of strange).

+ -1 moreIt took several trips for them to resolve a problem with a vent, a problem with a hole made in a ceiling, and to fix the wood replaced so that it was acceptable looking and up to code.
Description of Work: Removed old asphalt and wood shingle roof, installed CDX, and put on new 30 year asphalt roof. Some wood replacement around the facia.

+ -1 moreOVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS POSITIVE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS. THE PRICE WAS AMONG THE LOWEST OF THE ALL THE QUOTES THAT I RECEIVED AND I THOUGHT THE QUALITY WAS GOOD. THEY WERE FLEXIBLE IN SETTING THE SCHEDULE FOR THE WORK AND WAITED UNTIL IT WAS MUTUALLY CONVENIENT. ONCE THEY STARTED, THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, AND WERE COMPLETELY DONE IN LESS THAN TWO FULL WORK DAYS. THEY REMOVED ALL THE OLD MATERIAL AND DEBRIS. IN GENERAL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP WHEN EVERYTHING WAS THROUGH, ALTHOUGH I WISH I HAD ASKED THEM TO DO EVEN MORE, AS FAR AS PICKING UP SMALL BITS OF MATERIAL, NAILS, ETC. I RATE THEM A 9 OR 10 FOR THE OVERALL JOB, BUT ONLY A 7 OF 10 FOR THE CLEANUP AND CAREFULNESS.
Description of Work: CENTRAL ROOFING INSTALLED A BRAND NEW COMPOSITION ROOF ON MY 1940S HOUSE. THIS REQUIRED COMPLETE REMOVAL OF THE OLD-FASHIONED ROOF AND INSTALLATION OF ENTIRELY NEW PLYWOOD DECKING TO BRING THE ROOF UP TO CURRENT CODE. ALSO, INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS VENTS INTO THE ROOF. THEY WORKED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO INSTALLED TWO SKYLIGHTS, A CONTRACT THAT CENTRAL ROOFING HAD RECOMMENDED.
