BROTHERS CUSTOM KITCHEN CABINETS

It went very well and smoothly, in general. Ana is the sales representative. She is very competent, knowledgeable, and helpful. She is thorough and very pleasant to work with. She helped us with visualizing the cabinets and drew up the designs quickly. We made some changes, and she was very patient. The master builder is Nasario. He measured several times to make sure the measurements were correct. If we had questions or concerns , Ana and Nasario addressed them as soon as they were able. This is a busy place, so we had to wait occasionally for a response. In general, Ana got back to us quickly. The cabinets are beautiful and well constructed. Some errors did occur, but Brother’s did their best to rectify them. Ana and Nasario are honest, sincere people, and they desire their patrons to be happy and satisfied. Similarly, their installers were gentle, pleasant and hard-working. All the cabinets were well done and installation went smoothly. All the appliances fit under the cabinets well. Evidently, this is not always true for cabinet makers. I have heard horror stories of wrong-size cabinets and nothing fitting. We are so pleased with the precision of this company’s work. I am recommending Brother’s Cabinets to anyone who desires beautiful all-wood cabinets at a reasonable, fair price. Their prices were the most reasonable of many companies that I investigated, and the workmanship is gorgeous. Kudos to Brother’s Cabinets in Gardena! Well done!! 🤗

I had a bad experience with Brothers Custom Kitchen Cabinets. I personally went to their store and spoke to the person in the office who apparently knew all about how they could just make new door fronts and you would not have to replace the entire cabinet. She also said that it was not that much more to replace the cabinets as well. She gave me quick estimates about full cabinets and said she would get back to me about the doors after she spoke with her boss. I did not hear from her and called back after a few days and left my number. I still did not hear from them and called again. I reached this lady again and she said she still did not have the information and she would call me back. They never called me back with an estimate. I was hoping for the estimate, as a friend of mine had a good experience with them. After not hearing from them I spoke with my friend again and she said she knew they did not like small jobs. But they never communicated that to me. They simply just let me keep calling and never returned my messages. I spent a fair amount of time and mileage figuring that all out.

Our overall experience was very positive. The cabinets are beautiful, excellent custom quality for the price of a chain store. There were a few minor problems that we pointed out after installation. Brothers came out and fixed them to our satisfaction but did not provide the shelf they forgot to install. They are also willing to make modifications after installation - but may not follow through - I guess they were just too busy. One thing to remember is that they are very busy, so scheduling return appointments for corrections can be a challenge. Overall, we recommend them.

Brother's Cabinets, from start to finish, is a gem of a company. They do their best to make it right the first time, and when something isn't quite right they fix it. Can't ask for much more than that. The quality of their cabinets is exceptional. They use 3/4" furniture grade plywood throughout and solid wood doors and drawer fronts. We paid $7500 installed for what was going to cost us $15,000 without installation from a home improvement center. Their turn around is fast as well. 3 weeks from the time you order to installation. *I recommend paying for the quiet close drawers. But I also recommend you protect them when you have your countertops installed. We failed to do this and had to have them come back out to clean and fix them so the debris from the granite installation didn't impede their functionality.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS LONG, DUSTY, BUT WORTHWHILE. TEARING OUT THE OLD AND PREPARING FOR THE NEW. THE INSTALLERS MADE FEW MISTAKES AND CORRECTED EACH ON WITH A SMILE.

THIS COMPANY DOES GREAT AND GOOD QUALITY WORK. THE WORKERS CAME IN AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, GOT THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD BE DONE.

THEY WERE a GREAT COMPANY, they WORKED FAST AND FINISHED A LOT IN ONE DAY. THE EMPLOYEES WORKED FAST AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE FOR THE DAY AND THEY CAME BACK ON THE DAYS THEY HAD PROMISED AND WERE DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE.
