+ -1 moreREMOVAL OF ROOFING MATERIAL WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. APPLICATION OF NEW ROOFING WAS SATISFACTORY. REQUESTED, AND PAID FOR TILES INSTALLED ON EDGE. WE CONTINUALLY CALLED FOR THIS TO BE COMPLETED. THREE WEEKS LATER, WORK WAS FINALLY COMPLETED.
Description of Work: STRIPPED OLD TAR PAPER OFF FLAT ROOF. LAID A LAYER OF TAR AND ROOF MATERIAL. WORKED UP THE SIDES OF ROOF, OVERLAPPED ALL EDGES. CLEANED UP PROPERLY. WORK COMPLETED LATE.

+ -1 moreONCE I MADE CONTACT WITH THEIR OFFICE, IT TOOK A WHILE FOR THEM TO RETURN MY CALLS AND RESPOND TO THE JOB SITE. I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE JOB GOING. ONCE THE WORKERS WERE ON SITE, THEY PERFORMED WELL. I WISH THEY COULD HAVE DONE THE REPAIRS ON A DRY DAY, BUT DUE TO THEIR SLOW RESPONSE THE DAY THEY DID THE REPAIRS IT WAS RAINING.
Description of Work: BEST ROOFING WATER LEAK TESTED ALL LOCATIONS OF LEAKS AND MADE REPAIRS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PERMANENT REPLACEMENT OF ROOFING MATERIALS.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARRIVED TO INSPECT THE CONCERNED LOCATIONS OF LEAKS THROUGH THE ROOFING MATERIALS. HE TOOK PICTURES OF MY ROOFING MATERIAL AND REPAIRED LEAKS. I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THEM TO RESPOND AND SEND ME PRICING. ONCE THEY ARRIVED, THEIR WORKERS TOOK CARE OF MY NEEDS APPROPRIATELY.
Description of Work: INSPECTION, PICTURE TAKING, MEASURING AND QUOTING NUMEROUS LOCATIONS OF WATER LEAKS.
