Description of Work: They inspected my spa for rats. They did not find any but in fairness to them, they were in the way back and had already died because of a fumigation I did on the house. They set traps but like I said, they were already dead so nothing was caught but they did it all as they promised, had a fair price and were always on time.

Description of Work: Termite treatment (local). We did not need to have the house tented. It seems to have been effective. They also do routine service to prevent ants (a major problem and how we started using them originally). We haven't had any problems since they got rid of that problem and have done the ongoing treatment.

I REALLY LIKE THE GUY WHO WORKED FOR ME. HIS NAME IS STEVEN MORALES AND HE IS A REALLY TRUSTWORTHY GUY. HE GAVE ME A REALLY REASONABLE QUOTE AND WHEN HE DID THE JOB, IT WORKED. NO MORE TERMITES! THE GIRL ON THE PHONES AT THE OFFICE IS KIND OF A WITCH, THOUGH.
