The guy was honest and straight forward. He was very thorough and put on coverall's and crawled under our house. He was the only one who did this out of four estimate's. He told me that a service another service provider was trying to get me to do was not needed. He was the lowest estimate out of four service providers.

The sales rep was responsive, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and followed up after the fumigation. He did a thorough inspection both inside and outside. The actual fumigators were efficient and quick and in fact we were able to move back in sooner than expected. I stayed while the fumigators tented so I was able to see everything they did. Nothing was damaged or destroyed. They were efficient and quick. In fact, once they finished, we were actually able to move back a few hours earlier. Would definitely use them again.

On the plus side, the sales rep was very good and responsive. He gave us detailed instructions and answered our questions. They started on time and we were able to move back in as scheduled. My issue is with the manner in which they treated my yard. I understood that trees and bushes near the house would possibly be damaged due to the room needed for the tenting. However, the workers damaged trees that were nowhere near the tenting area. My guess is that they were careless in how they carried their equipment or just wanted to make a shortcut. In any case the damaged did not have to happen. Plus they left a bunch of metal clips that I guess they use for the tenting all over my yard. It just didn't appear that the crew was being managed by anyone.

They seem good but I don't have anything to compare it to. However I don't have any complaints. It seems like when they come the bug population decreases.

It?s gone well. They are great guys to work with.

So far I haven't had any invasions into the house. I'll continue to use them in the future.

The gentleman that comes out, Doug, is absolutley wonderful. He also takes care of my parents house. Anything that I ask him to do, he does. I had him check my parents built in BBQ to make sure there wasn't anything living under there. Anything that I ask him to do, he does without even a question. The approximate cost listed is what I pay per month. I'll absolutley continue to use him.

When there's an issue, they will respond. They are a typical pest control company and I will continue to use them.

I use them on a regular basis. They seem very professionally run. They are always very responsive. I like that they call before they come and come when they tell me they are going too. They are very reasonably priced. I have used them for about fifteen years.

They are considerate in putting a paper in the mialbox to let me know when they have been there. They provide several services and my neighbor uses them too.

The representative was late, and then took a cursory walk around the home, and stated that there were no termites. Since we had the home investigated by two other firms a week before, we've seen termites, and the castings from the termites are evident, I don't know what they were doing. I pointed out the termite evidence to the representative, then he wrote a quote on the back of a flier. The whole thing was rather unprofessional, and just didn't feel right.

The first time the trap was placed in the yard, the raccoon went into the trap and removed the can of food. At the same time he tore up my yard. I called the company and then sent out the original rep. who explained that the trap was defective and replaced it. He came twice more and always left a receipt. After that someone else was apparently assigned to my case. He never announced himself or left a receipt. It appeared that the food had again been removed but I never saw anyone with whom to discuss the matter. Afterwards I called the company to complain and it took several days before I received a response. Although they were polite, no further action was taken. We know that the raccoon is still here because he has now moved to under my house. They had my money, I still had my raccoon.

This was our first experience with skunks. We expected them to provide some helpful advice for solving our problem; instead they just sold us on the live trap placement. The trap was a ratty-looking plywood box. Jaime explained on Thursday when he placed the trap that they would be back on Friday to close the trap for the weekend. Nobody showed up on Friday, but somebody did come by on Saturday, and they left the trap open. We diverted a video camera so we could watch the trap and the place where "Laura" was going into and out of our basement. We got great images of her going right past the trap three or four times a night, showing no interest at all. People came by a few more times to rebait the trap. The skunk never showed any interest. There was a white cat and a black cat who did - they at least liked the trap, but weren't very interested in the bait. We finally got up at 3AM and closed the hole while Laura was out. Three weeks, $255 and no skunk.

I had a strange odor under my house that a plumber recognized as a dead animal. I called this company out on Christmas Eve and they showed up within an hour. They charged me a non-refundable fee of $125 which was credited towards the work done two days later after Christmas. I decided not to have them remove the dead possum because the location was cost prohibitive (pipes and floor joists would have had to be cut). They replaced the outside screens around the perimeter of the house and crawl space door. They only charged me an additional $60 for replacing the screens and labor. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and responsiveness. I would hire them again.

Was very pleased with the service we received. Very courteous on the phone and the technician was very polite and efficient. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Went great. Called on a Saturday morning; the person who picked up was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to the service I needed for the pest problem I described in general terms. Got a quote right over the phone and scheduled service the following Monday. The technician showed up exactly on time, knew exactly what I'd ordered, knew that I'd paid in advance, and got right to work. All I have now are dead spiders.

We wanted them to seal up the areas that the rats were coming in. Instead they just left cruel traps and the rats ended up coming back. In the end we spent a lot of money for work we could have done ourselves.

American City Pest Control was very efficient in their work. Their representative was respectful, and did not do a hard sale to close the deal. When the work was actually performed, not only did they thoroughly advise what to do and what not to do but they even inspected the house thoroughly the day of putting up the fumigation tent. I would recommend them and do business with them again.

The visit from ACPC was for a consultation for an animal removal: specifically the dead birds in our attic. I called them around Oct. 22nd and they said the earliest consult visit would be October 30th between 2-4 pm. I wish they could have come earlier but in the end it all worked out. The lady booking the appointment was very professional and direct. According to my husband, the ACPC guy came and just decided to go ahead and remove the birds without charging us. My husband told him that that was very kind of him but still asked for paperwork (due to a physical inspection report for a pending escrow). Because of this request by my husband, the guy said that he'd have to still charge us. My husband says the guy was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely call them up again for a consultation (possibly free service again!).

While the man who came to our house to provide a quote for our termite issue was very professional, the price he quoted for the small amount of work needed was steep. They did follow up with a full report, should we ever want to call back.

The inspector performed a very thorough inspection including crawling under the house to check for damp wood termites and climbing up into the attic to ckeck for evidence of drywood termites. The actual fumigation was performed by a subcontractor, AAA Fume, Inc. I found this entire project to be a lot of work, bagging up all food products, etc. but the directions as to how to proceed were clear and they provided me with an adequate supply of bags. I would recommend American City, as their estimate was reasonable compared to two others I got.

In general excellent. Their tech (Remmy) was friendly, professional and explained the process and recommendations to me fully. The only minor quibble I have is that he said he would patch (fill in a damaged area on a wood trellice) when he treated the area, which he didn't do.

Offer was too high. We are still looking for a more reasonable estimate.

WORKERS WERE CONSIDERATE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. PREPERATION FOR TENTING WAS FAIRLY EASY. TWO DAYS TENTING, AND ON THE THE THIRD DAY WE RETURNED. OVERALL, THE INCONVIENCE OF HOUSE TENT EXTERMIANTION WAS NOT DIFFICULT.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE OF THE JOB WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY CAME & GAVE ME ALL THE FACTS ABOUT THE CHEMICALS THAT THEY SPRAYED IN THE KITCHEN. THEY WERE REALLY EFFECTIVE & KILLED ALL THE BUGS.
