Description of Work: Inspector/extermination man calls the day before coming over giving me the time he'll be arriving so that I'm home,enabling him to check/service the attic, thence for me to take my dog in while he sprays the yard for fleas/spiders. Always courteous, clean, prompt, professional...No rats, mice, or nasty bugs since I've been patronizing American Cities (They haven't let the dog out once!) They take credit card payments over the phone. When I ask for help they call back and come promptly.

Description of Work: I have been using American City Pest & Termite for over 14 years. They come out once a month to spray around the perimeter of my home for ants and other bugs. I also have them inspect and treat for termites as needed.

Description of Work: American City has been servicing us for the last 15 or 20 years!!! They are terrific, and we haven't seen an ant ANYWHERE, and we live in a condo. They respond VERY quickly, and are extremely professional. They will not hesitate to return to your home if the first visit does not rid your home of whatever kind of pests you are dealing with. I would recommend them whole-heatedly!

Description of Work: I was originally referred to ACPC by a neighbor almost 35 years ago. I have continued to use ACPC ever since for all of my pest control and termite control needs. During the past 35 years, I have had 3 houses - Manhattan Beach, Brentwood and Encino - and ACPC was able to service all of these areas. I wish that all of my service providers were as great as ACPC.

Description of Work: They come to our house every 2 months to spray for bugs. They are excellent and really help keep the house free of critters. |They did an inspection of the house for termites upon request and found that there was no problem. The inspection was free because we are a regular customer of theirs.

Description of Work: American City was very good. We called them and Steve Morales arrived at our home right on time. He explained what termites are, where they come from, ways to enter your home, and what they do once inside. He further explained in detail the process to be used in tenting the house. He wrote out a contract and left various materials further explaining the tenting process and what we needed to do to prepare for it. Although he was not the lowest bid, we felt his presentation was the best, coupled with a recommendation from friends of ours who had their house tented. On the tenting day, AAA Fume Inc. Fumigation, 562-622-0915, Cal Lic 49851, arrived to tent the house. Three workers did the tenting in a bit over 4 hours. We have a very large home with a very steep roof. All of them were very efficient, very friendly and very concerned that the job was done right. They double checked everything and went out of their way to keep plant damage to a minimum. They said they would return in two days at 10:00 AM to remove the tents. They arrived right on time and completed the job in an hour. We are very pleased with the service we received both from American City and AAA. We would recommend both of them to anyone needing their home tented for termites.

Description of Work: They were very responsive to my concerns about termite infestation and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. I felt like they were honest and professional.

Description of Work: Joe came and spent an hour looking for bedbugs which I was sure were still there, and he asked many questions and did a very, very thorough search. Although it would have been in the company's best interest to agree with me that extermination should be done, he told me there were no bedbugs, the previous chemicals used by another company were sufficient. He was right, and I gave him $45 for the visit. Very polite, professional, and honest. A second time I called the company about pigeons on the roof, and although I decided to deal with the pigeons on my own, American City's representative spent about 15 minutes discussing possible solutions to pigeons. I trust this company and would call them again.
