Description of Work: We had a large multi level wooden deck that had terrible water and termite damage removed. Jim was great to work with, he and his crew did everything that we agreed to, and did a nice job of cleaning up all the mess of the removal. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: The owner, Jim Munroe, reponded personally to my request for an estimate to replace 8 old aluminum framed windows with vinyl sliders and a 3 sided kitchen window. He discussed the merits of different product lines which made it easier to make a selection. |On installation day, Jim and his crew of two arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day, only stopping for a quick late lunch just prior to cleanup, which was throroughly done. |I am very happy with the quality of the product, their workmanship and the personable and professional conduct. |I would have no reservations in recommending to friends. |

+ -1 moreWe were actually referred to West Syles Windows by another referral company but since we were so happy with the results, decided to mentioned them in Angie's List. Jim is the owner and installer but he has a small crew to help. He seems a little laid back and easy going but don't let that fool you. He loves what he does and is very dedicated - which shows in his work. The thing I liked best is that Jim does most of the work himself so we dealt with him exclusively. We didn't have to worry about miscommunication between the installer, Jim and us. His price was not the cheapest but we felt we can trust Jim to do a good job...and he did not disappoint.
Description of Work: Jim and crew did a great job. We replaced the windows and sliding doors for the entire house (total of 14 windows and 3 sliders).
