Charlie did an excellent job, the quality of work was great, the estimated time for the work to be completed was accurate, and the clean-up was so good you'd never know he was there. Outstanding work & service!!

I selected Charlie after looking at Angie's member reviews. He came around to the property early to give an estimate. His price was competitive and withing the range of other companies that I asked for quotes. I showed him a competitors quote and he initially agreed to match it and later came down by 50 dollars. He gave a good price.Charlie had his crew come up on the agreed day and started work on time. We where doing extensive remodeling in our house and lots of other crews were working in the home the same time. Charlie and his crew worked as a team with others which I think gives a A+ for him.In the middle of the work, I requested some electrical fittings to be installed in the vaulted ceilings and Charlie once again was accommodating in letting the electrical guys install the fixtures. He also agreed to do the drywall patching of the trenches for additional dollars to the quote. The work was good. The popcorn was removed and ceiling was resurfaced and painted. I did not like the finish in the edges and asked him to caulk it, he did that too. Some small issues I did notice after I moved in were, One of the closets got left out and still has the pop corn ceiling and there are some blemishes in the finishing, except for those the overall work is good and his work ethics excellent.I will definitely recommend Charlie to my friends and will use him again.

Charlie arrived a little early on the day of the job, began promptly and worked steadily through the job. His results were excellent, area was left cleaner than when he started and I will hire him again.

I have called him on 06/19/12, came on the same day to look at it and he told me he will get back to me with a estimate. Due to large area and different room with different work I have asked him to break it down for me. He told me he will get back to me in 2 days, as of this date he has not called me for a estimate.How long should I wait or should I have called him back or just think he does not want to do the work, because its a large work on a ceiling. I was looking forward to his estimate due to everyone else's remark about how good his work, but I am not sure about him now.

Charlie came out and removed the popcorn from the ceilings in three bed rooms and textured them to match the rest of the house he was on time and did an excellent job. I removed some wall paper and some paneling in our kitchen the walls were a diaster. we had charlie come out a second time and when he left the kitchen looked like new again. if you want a great guy and great work charlie of tru-wall services is your guy.

He arrived at 9:30am and went right to work. He answered all my questions and he was not afraid of my almost 14 year old dog that over-looked his work.

We had an upstairs bathroom leak that damaged the downstairs ceiling. After the plumber fixed the leak, Charlie came in and patched the ceiling. He was quick and efficient and did a great job.

His name is Mr. Charlie. He is a one-man army and he is very meticulous in what he does and he does good work. He cleans after he is done.

Nobody compares to Charlie as far as overall experience. He also takes pride in leaving the room cleaner than when he arrived. Drywall texturing can be messy but his work never is, you wouldn't know that he was even there after he is done.

They were always on time and dependable. They did superior work from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
