Luis showed up when we needed him the most, Saturday morning when we were desperate to have someone even we put the request at 3:00 AM that day, to inspect our home. He came on time, and with the attitude of ready to work. He's very honest and trustworthy. He did not try to make money because we were in urgent situation. He came back several times to check on the traps and help with other related issues. We're very happy to know him.
