They are absolutely exceptional human beings! They sympathetic to our situation with no water access and 2 little ones. Being in the situation to necessitate this service is a real headache. Oneal at the Hazmat Team is your Excederine. This guy goes above and beyond to provide superb customer service. He listens intently to customer concerns, has the ability to problem-solve, and most importantly, reassures the customer, in this case, ME!! He is accessible by texting, in my case, which is best. Thankfully, I am nearing the end of my leak issue. If you're going to be in this situation, there is no better guy to manage your project. O'Neal is a good-hearted guy who actually loves what he does. He doesn't do it alone. I thought he crew was just as good. They were quiet, hardworking, pleasant guys who could not have done a better job.
