All the fake good reviews, probably from the vendor themselves. It's a husband and wife business, very unprofessional. The wife answering phone call with an extreme bad attitude and acted as they were the only one who does pluming work. The husband who does the plumbing work could not do a job well. 60 days after he did my kitchen pluming, my sink got clots again, which clearly indicated the the husband didn't clear our kitchen very well. Compared to the previous company we had 3 years ago, it kept us 3 year with no problem. But this one, not even 3 months. The husband only spent 10 minutes on working on my kitchen pluming. Apparently, he was either lazy or not knowledgeable to hand pluming work. Be careful of using this company, they refused to come out to fix their problem and they turned around wanted to charge more money on this. How ridiculous! Check the other one star reviews, which are the real reviews. I wish I could pay attention to what they said before deciding using them. I don't usually write a review in public, but I'm wiring this one hoping no one else would have the same bad experience as I do.

They are in the category of another excellent choice. They are a good and clean.

They were a lot cheaper back then.

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time Bill has come to do this (I told him today just to put me on his calendar for every six months!). Every time he's done a great job, he's professional - friendly even - and has cleaned up afterward. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a reliable plumber.

Called on a clogged toilet. They don't come down into Long Beach.

I called around 2pm, and I was told that they were fully booked and could get to me as the first appointment the next morning. We confirmed it for the next day. Half an hour later they called to say that the technician finished a job near by sooner than expected, and and offered to come out immediately. They showed up within 10 minutes, and took care of the problem. They left out the roots for me to see, and left a little mess on the driveway that I had to clean up. Others would have asked me for a trash bag and disposed it off properly.

Bill was on time and was extremely polite. I work from home and was on a conference call when he was here and he was very careful to be quiet during that time. In addition, he didn't make a mess and showed me what the cause of the clog was (my daughters hair ties in the shower drain!!! GRRR). He snaked all the water lines to the house through the roof since my dogs were in the backyard and barking at him while I was on my call. VERY THOUGHTFUL! In addition, he guaranteed his work for 6 months and told me that if it's just one drain next time let them know when I make the appointment because it's less money ($30, I think) than having all the lines snaked. I've paid much more money in the past for less work and to be left a muddy mess. Spartan Rooter was a refreshing change!
