Description of Work: Used camera to find leak. A supervisor came to our home as a closer. Trying to use scare tactics to sell his company. The first plumber was a normal fellow. But using a closer to push a sale. Never call them again.

Description of Work: Paul was fantastic. Clear, honest, competitive and he immediately came back when a patch of our lawn was a bit higher than the rest, where the team added in a clean out line. I believe the two guys Al and Joey who did the work were really fantastic considering it hit about 105 degrees outside as they dug. No complaints, totally professional. On time. And, I had a different plumber but went with them and took a risk. Glad I did. Highly recommend.

 + -1 moreI would say that they did a good job, they did not take much time to get the job done. It didn't take them more than one whole day actually. They are a ten if you grade on a scale of one to ten, ten being the best! I am not so fond of the price, it was a little bit high but it did not bother me at the end because the work done was great. They also did a good job cleaning.
Description of Work: They replaced a pipe line for the kitchen inside my 8000 square foot home.

 + -1 moreOur home insurance company sent out SOS. The company liaised with us and sent out Mr. Routhier to do the job. Mr. Routhier first took the necessary time to diagnose all or any problem. He gave us an accurate estimate in terms of time and money, went out and got good quality parts and fixed the problem as per our requests. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator water/ice pipe broke, causing severe damage and flooding.

 + -1 moreIT HAD TAKEN LESS TIME TO DO THE JOB THAN WAS DESCRIBED. THE PLUMBER DIDN'T SEAL OR CONNECT THE PIPE CORRECTLY ON THE FIRST TRY. HE HAD TO TAKE IT APART AND REDO IT. BY NOT KNOWING WHAT SHOULD BE DONE WITH THE WATER UNDER THE SLAB, I THINK THE WATER SHOULD BE SUCKED OUT MORE BEFORE FILLING THE HOLES BACK. THE CEMENT WAS STILL DAMP FOR THE NEXT COUPLE MONTHS. THIS COMPANY WAS SENT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THE PRICE WAS TAKING CONSIDERATION OF THE CONTRACT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THERE WERE ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR REMOVING THE FURNITURE AND CARPET.
Description of Work: DETECTED THE LEAKED PIPE UNDER THE SLAB FLOOR, DRILLED THREE HOLES ON THE SLAB FLOOR TO LOCATE THE LEAKED PIPE, REPAIRED THE HOT WATER PIPE IN ONE OF THE HOLE, BACKFILLED THE HOLES WITH SAND AND PATCH CEMENT, AND REMOVED THE DEBRIS.
