It went great. The installation was completed in 2 days. The owner of the company, Rick, was very kind and professional, the work was done very timely and everything was left very neat and clean. I believe that he went over and above to complete everything the way he would want it to be done at his own home. This means a lot and it was appreciated. I highly recommend his company.

Despite the disruption associated with a slab leak in a downstairs bathroom, this job could not have gone better. Rick said that he gives high priority to leaks that are causing damage, and his response was indeed almost immediate. The work was performed very competently and in a pleasant, user-friendly manner that included answering many questions. His outstanding reputation in our local area is entirely deserved. For those who are interested, the cost of the work was $175.00 for the Angie's List leak detection coupon and $882.00 for the repair job (which took the two men most of the morning, in addition to driving approximately 25 miles in rush-hour traffic to reach our house).

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for credit toward a service. I contacted the service and they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. They showed up on time and fixed the problem. They fixed my vent and looked at my central air system. The service did not exceed the amount of credit I purchased with the deal and I did not have to pay anything extra. Very good service overall.

This was a follow-up appointment to replace a water heater. I had Rikc come by several months ago to look at a problem with our gas furnace. He was a second opinion since a prior visit from another company had recommended the replacement of that furnace. Rick took a look at it and made some adjustments and said it was fine. It ended up to be the right thing to do. He gained my trust. So on that visit, he did look at my water heater and recommended changing it. This was consistent with advice from multiple plumbing services and it was more than 10 years old So I finally scheduled the job and Rick was prompt and efficient. I will continue to use his service.

Diagnosed cracked welds in old heat exchangers quickly. These cannot be repaired. Installed new furnace in three hours and hauled away old unit. Fine work. Oh! Best price around (depends on area to be heated)

Need to purchase new AC according to the vendor. Provided me with the cost estimate for the new AC.
