We are a small Interior, Exterior painting and molding Installation Company providing personalized one on one service to our customers. We accept a small deposit upon start up of job and payment of balance due upon completion of job. We are currently looking into Visa and Debit card account transaction equipment though smart phone technology.

We don’t do structural additions or damage repair due to earth quakes, fire, or flooding. We don’t do major cabinet stripping of any kind or heavy mold problems due to any major flood damage or pipe burst.

There was a delay getting started (due to another job) but the work done was excellent. I have used Mike Beechler many times before and his quality is without question. I watched another painting company paint my neighbors house at the same time and the extra time and attention to detail with Mike was obvious! Mike also helps guide you with color selection and is not afaraid to tweak things a bit to make everything look better. Mike is one of only a few contractors that I trust explicitly. Mike actually does the work. He does not sell the job then send a crew to do the work. This is very important. I am a perfectionist and so is he. The job may take longer but it will be perfect. Patience is rewarded.
Description of Work: The tile roof and house exterior were power washed then painted. This was exterior only since Mike had repainted the interior (including custom crown molding) in 2007.

Member. This guy only wants the best job possible. I have work a lot for him in the past. He never wants a bid just do the work but do your best. So we do, and this job was big. We started with the roof and power washed off all the mildew from the ceramic tiles and brought them back to life, which took three days. Disc sanded all the wood trim and repaired all the stucco on this two story house as well as the 7’ stucco cinder block wall surrounding the home and the two retaining walls in front of this corner home. It’s a big house Baby and let’s not forgets the patio cover which covers half the home in the back ending at the pool area. Thanks for the work Member..
