 + -1 morePros: The areas that they cleaned and caulked turned out very well. Cons: The workers and their vehicle and tool carrying bags were dirty and smelly. In fact, a couple of roaches came off their bags. They also tended to move very slowly with their work, with the result being that a lot less ended up getting done than I thought should have been done. I really did not have much area to caulk.

 + -1 moreThere were two men who came to do the job. They were on time and went right to work. The deal was for 3 hours for one worker or 1 1/2 hours for two men. They stayed slightly longer than an hour and a half to finish the job but they did what they advertised. Apparently, the job took longer than was anticipated. The new calking looks great. The only reason I gave them a B was because I expected my tile surrounding the tub and the tub itself to be sparkling clean but that was not the case. They only replaced the black grout around the tub and they left calk residue inside the tub. I feel like I got what I paid for but nothing more. I am very glad to be rid of that ugly black grout and for the money, it was worth it. I just was hoping for that wow factor.

Description of Work: They re-grouted an area around my kitchen sink & caulked all around my granite. Also re-grouted an area of tile in bathroom shower. It all went well and I was answering an ad that you ran. Don't you know you're own advertisers? And whats with this Carol are you there? This is dumb.  + 0 moreJ&B took out all of the molding silicone sealing and grout in my master bathroom, matching it perfectly and taking great care to be sure it looked beautiful and just like the original. He took a few extra minutes to reseal my guest bathroom shower as well, because my silicone was turning yellow. He took the time to educate me on the product choices he made and was clean, friendly and professional. For $99 it was such a good deal and I would totally use them again!

 + 3 moreJohnny gave us the price for the job and started when he said he would. Was told it would take about 12 days and he finished on time. They showed up when they said they would every day. They were very neat and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They have experience in all aspects of remodel from moving plumbing to laying tile. My bathroom came out just the way I wanted it! I would use them again and recommend them any chance I can.

Description of Work: Johnny Aioanei- he can do it all! He was recommended to me a couple of years ago by my bosses' husband, who has rentals. I needed to remodel from the original mid 50's ranch the bath & kitchen. Long story short- he & his helper did it all. Plumbing, tile, electric, floor, cabinets, the demo, take away. What he can't do, he gets a good guy out ( plastering). On time, says when he will start & finish job, & does it. Only works on your job, not juggling many jobs. Goes to Home Depot with you to pick out everything. Price wise- reasonable. You get great quality craftsmanship, you do pay a little more for it. Bath & kitchen look great. I also did buy top of line stuff as far as range vent, etc. I used him again last month to rip out old sink & upgrade washer/dryer hookups in garage. He made sure that the plumbing drains worked- went to Home Depot to rent drain cleaner. Did complete job including re-plaster wall ( his guy). One day complete as promised. Also had his plaster guy " skin" some walls where I took off wallpaper & had left bad drywall. I will use him next on water heater replacement. I recommend him to anybody.
