J&C drains

Description of Work: Main line was worked on due to roots causing serious plumbing problems. They responded quickly and at first did the work and my mom paid a pretty hefty price. We have several hand written invoices noting what was to be done. After the work was done my mom began to experience problems, first time she called they took a long minute to respond. Then the front outside faucet began leaking where they placed their pipe over the old one. Joey had the audacity to tell my mom that now they would have to dig it out and do the main line thing even though they had already done that. He tried to tell my mom they never touched the mainline! Im holding an invoice that has mainline written all over it. He said it would cost her another $675 to fix the leaky faucet??!! Really? She already paid them nearly $10,000 to do the work. Keep in mind, my mother is a recent widow and senior citizen. Shame on Joey for trying to squeeze more money out of her. They should have just fixed this, a big thumbs down to Joey and Carlos.
