Description of Work: Repair a brand new Viking freezer. They were unable, after several attempts, to repair the unit. Viking was billed for each failed attempt.

Description of Work: Executive Appliance has come out on several occasions to service the Viking appliances in our outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. Our experience with the service calls is very consistent. The repair technician is on time, competent and seems honest and straightforward. I have felt comfortable with his assessments and recommendations, and he has typically offered suggestions on maintenance items I can perform on my own to save money. Speaking of money, however, their prices are very high - to some extent I imagine this is influenced by Viking, the company's relationship as a certified service provider requires them to spec Viking parts, which are exorbitantly expensive. If you or a friend have a working knowledge of plumbing/refrigeration/gas, etc. it is useful. Executive can provide a detailed quote via email if the work isn't to be done right away, and you may be able to procur some of the parts at a hardware store or plumbing supply and the tech will use them and remove the spec'd items from the invoice. The one area I have given them a low rating is Responsiveness-they are very responsive to appointments, but several questions had to be explored and items were back ordered for our most recent repair. Weeks would go by with no follow-up or updates, and even when I called to check on the back ordered items I was sometimes promised a speedy callback that never arrived. That being said, the staff all seem pretty knowledgeable and professional, I believe they were trying to help me...perhaps they are understaffed or lack a good tickler system? I would continue to use and recommend Executive Appliance, but Viking? Maybe not so much.

Description of Work: Replaced heating element in Viking double oven. Required removal of entire oven. Serviceman was prompt and very courteous.

Description of Work: I sent a message to the provider to schedule a service call, and the provider never bothered to reply.

Description of Work: They serviced our Viking Refrigerator.

Description of Work: Repair of 10 year old Viking refrigerator. Replaced all components of the sealed system.

Description of Work: Replaced the condensers and motor on Viking Pro refrigerator/freezer. Work seems to have been done competently although the the refrigerator is now noisier, but trim was removed and not replaced and he failed to move the unit fully back into place leaving a side panel detached which now has to be repaired. Also did not reconnect the water line to the back of the unit and ice-maker does not work. Would only use again because there are no other service people for Viking.

Description of Work: They installed a refrigerator. They came to the house, cut the lines, put a new icemaker in, and plumbed it in.

Description of Work: cleaned condenser on my sub zero refrigerator and tested all functions, they were very neat and polite! I am very happy I called Executive for my sub zero.
