Description of Work: I received a quote for total maintenance of my front and back yards. This was to include; trimming of bushes, mowing front and back weekly, trimming around all edging, trees, sprinklers, pathes, driveways, and sidewalks. The maintaining of predisposed hight limitations for all bushes and hedges, repair of any sprinklers the yard crew broke while mowing, edging or trimming. repair or replacement of all bushes that were damaged by the ignorance/stupidity/carelessness of the workers, All pathes were to be clippings (grass, bushes, dirt, etc.) free when the work was completed weekly. I made it clear, that I was willing to pay more to get a service which provided more than a "mow and blow" routine. I wanted the bushes maintained without having to hire extra workers to trim and clean up the bushes weekly. Before hiring the aforementioned service, I made it abundantly clear of my expectations, and what would ultimately happen if these expectations were unmet. I also asked repeatedly that the clippings from the lawn be put into trash bags which I kept in a cabinet that was left unlocked and accessible in the area for the crew to use. I begged the crew and the owner of the business to "NOT" throw the clippings into my trash without being bagged as they sour and make the trash cans smell.
