Description of Work: Serviced tankless water heater, serviced extra that was not done by previous company. De scaled & installed new filter. Determined cause of water heater down time was due to faulty gas pressure. Came back after gas co changed meter.

+ -1 moreI have used and reviewed this company previously. Phil is the one who came out to my rescue. Water was backing up in the kitchen sink so I gave them a call. They returned my call promptly and came either the same day or the next day and snaked the sink and cleared the drain.
Description of Work: He cleared the kitchen sink stoppage.

+ 0 moreOverall, the job went very well. Phil arrived on time the next day after I scheduled the appointment. He did call the morning of the appointment to move up the time a bit but fortunately I was able to meet him earlier than originally planned.
Description of Work: Phil, from D*** Plumbing & Heating in Garden Grove worked on a furnace in my rental. The gas company had told me to have an obsolete aluminum appliance connector replaced. That is what Phil did. He also replaced another part in the furnace. He cleaned the replacable filter for me, dusted a bit inside the furnace and gave some useful and helpful advise regarding the pilot light and turning off the gas when necessary. He is a very pleasant person and has also done work for me at my place of residence. In December of 2010 he installed a garbage disposal, replaced a connector hose on a wall heater and put a c-clamp an my fireplace damper for a total charge of 319.50. In February 2011, D*** Plumbing fixed a problem with a bathtub/shower faucet and replaced a toilet supply line hose for $147.50. I have always found this company to be friendly and courteous.

+ -1 morePhil was the worst plumber I could have ever had. He replaced the parts and he charged me a $205 an hour and he was only here for 40 minutes he charged per toilet. He talked to a friend of his about the weather and playing golf. He had to come back because one of the toilets did not work right. He was going to charge me another $100.00 for coming back out. He was very unfriendly.
Description of Work: This was for toilet repair.
