A rep came out on time, named Micheal R., immediately he climbed up the attic where the air conditioner unit is & searched for the needed info for application, that's when he discovered there were some discrepancies with the model & serial # on my application compares with the # he found in the attic. He then called his office to ask for the clarification & requested to have them to send me a revised certification. The whole process is a task of time consuming plus a great deal of complicated details involved. Mr. Michael R. demonstrated his knowledge of his work & took his time to walk me thru & explain the different # to me, he was a poised, calm & patient. I appreciated his time & assistance to help me solving the issue.

They did not add in additional components that I was promised. When I realized this they then informed me that it was not in the contract. I am currently going back and forth with them on this. It's to the point now to where I have been referred back to Lowes and now I have been informed that Lowes no longer works with Cole Services and has dropped them. I now have to set an appointment with the manufacture.

David did a great job. He was professional in his work and explained what he was doing and answered all questions politely and professionally. A pleasure to do business with David.

Bezy came out first and walked us through the process with Roscoe, very happy with the deal. Adam P and Hugo Jr were very excellent, professional. The install went great. Even helped us out with our water heater at NO cost. Will definitely be our air, etc. company from now on.

From start to finish it was an awesome experience prioritized our situation Josh was her in 1 hour acessed attempted to solve problem our house was built in 1955 and had no access to main line after 2 -3 hours with consult with sup Shane arrived once he arrived they continued to complete the task would not leave until we where up and running they felt like family. Cole came right out, made emergency repairs, diagnosed the problem thenthoroughly explained the options available to us for "next steps."

They were exceptionally detail oriented. They fixed several critical problems. One was a chunk of insulation stuck in my vents that was restricting air flow. Joaquin found that thankfully. And Brandon answered all my questions with thorough expertise and was unquestionably professional. Cole Services KNOWS what they are doing and does the job right. The last time I replaced my AC they left serious problems and really didn't follow up and 15 years later it was failing. Cole's on the other hand really hit out of the ball park. My AC is the right sized unit now and everything is spit spot. Recommended...

Luis did an excellent job of representing Cole Services for our AC repair. Luis presents himself in a professional and friendly manner, and he is an excellent communicator. He is thorough in his duties and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Luis also explained his repairs and made sure I agreed to them prior to proceeding. Lastly, he made sure the area was squeaky clean prior to leaving. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Luis' work and his help.

Very professional - they called to let me know when the plumber would arrive. Shane analyzed the situation, made recommendations and solved all the problems. He went the extra mile to check out our dishwasher which wasn't draining (even though they don't do appliances). The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend Shane and Cole Services. The night before, our neighbor was using them to work on his air conditioner. We called the neighbor who told them about our problem & they came over at 9:30 pm on a Friday night to check out our problems. They were the Air Conditioning people so they sent one of their plumbers over the next day. All of them were very cordial and easy to work with. I'd give them an A+. 1. Great !! I called Cole Services at 8 a m desperate to have a hot shower, Shane from Cole services came out by 9 a m that morning! Fixed pilot light, the instructions tell you how to do it but I would never have known that it's best to do it slowly if Shane had not show me. He looked at my gas range, did a free water test and the very best thing of all he REBOOTED my air conditioner, I only called about the water heater. 2. Robert came out, put on booties !! Assesed the problem with the tub/shower faucet. Determined a new cartridge is requiredhe temporarily fixed the problem, he suggested I source a new cartridge as it would save me $, and gave me a few options on cost. I signed up for their discount plan and will already be saving 15% when they replace the faucet cartridge. Cole Services is my go to vendor, even though they are quite far away, they have proven to be the best in service, response time, efficient, proffesional, friendly, positive, competitive pricing and discount plans. I have tried a few local vendors that charge $97.00 for a service call !! Cole Services only charge $49.00 and their dispatch is very good and friendly. Try Cole Services, I d like to pay it forward for their ability to give me piece of mind should anything break down or need servicing.

Great experience with Caleb D. He was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time making sure that the HVAC system was operating at its maximum capacity, cleaned the system, and replaced parts. Caleb even discussed what HVAC maintenance I needed to handle on a monthly basis. He was excellent!

Brandon was on time, friendly, and explained everything he did before doing it. He drew a diagram showing me the duct system and why I needed more ducts in order to have a more efficient system. He also did an excellent job of explaining the system and his troubleshooting was excellent. He was even able to give me a break on the services. He was also very neat and clean. You wouldn't even know he had been here. He is personally coming back to check on things and get the permitting process completed.

Exceptionally well. The last workman was Francisco, sheet rock replacement & texture. I couldn's be more pleased. his kindness & demeanor was apparent the moment I met him. Probably one of the best workman I've ever had. After all the appliances were installed Francisco came to patch the sheet rock holes & re-texture. He is truly an artist. Exceptional & took pride in his workmanship. After completion he took me to each area to make sure I was satisfied. My house, since this large project was started, was a little chaotic. Francisco even took the time to do a thorough cleaning. He's a "keeper". Please thank him for me & let him know how appreciative I truly am.

Robert explained everything he would do and why. He was also very personable while we chatted during the process.

Per usual, a very thorough cleaning and tuning of the unit. Cole always has its technicians provide information without pushing sales. Every person we have ever dealt with at Cole Services has been friendly and always helpful. Work performed is always done well. Honest company. Have been regular customers 6 years running and will continue to be so.
