Clean-Out King's

Many plumbers have cleared this drain before, but Clean-Out Kings found the holes in the drain lines that were causing the recurring problems. It cost about $3,000 to break through the slab, dig out the pipes, cut and replace them, and then refill/re-concrete the hole. This was more than originally quoted (clearing the toilet), but we were fully informed at each step, and this repair should actually fix the underlying problem. It is also important to note that they stuck with it late into the evening to clear the line so they could do the repair work the next day.

The vendor said he could install it without a problem and appeared to understand the requirements. He came over on a Saturday morning and within a couple of hours it was attached. The city inspector came by later that week and it failed on inspection. He said the installer should have known that the installation also required a pressure relief valve and a new ED 210 gas shut off (California Plumbing Code 505.2). I called the vendor back immediately and he said he could not/would not perform those additional tasks needed to pass inspection and that ended our call. So now I'm back looking for another plumber to fix up this guy's incomplete installation. Very frustrating.

Did not hire them because they quoted an outrageous amount for a little work which was $220. When we told the Rep no, he proceeded to ask what would we want to pay for this job. We told him we weren't the experts. He then said $170, $120. I told him that they were both expensive but I would be willing to go to $120. He called his boss and his boss said $170 was the lowest. We thanked him and sent him on his way. If the price went from $220 to $170, why was it inflated in the beginning. Because we are an older couple, we are not ignorant and we believed we were being taken advantage of.

This was a smooth process from beginning to end. Wish I had remembered to have them service my garbage disposal, too!

Detecting the location of the leak was not a challenge since there was a leak spot on dry wall. But, Bobby quickly made sure that was the only location with several but efficient water run and detection method. Upon confirmation, he was able to fix it up. Wet floor at the bottom of the leak should have left over night to have it entirely dry, but guys seemed to want to wrap the job up on the same day. For that, I'd give B for quality. I sprayed anti mold spray by myself and now am praying that wet floor will dry out without causing any mold. Other than that, Bobby and guys did a decent job on both repair and rework of both cracked drain and drywall.

I was very satisfied with the job that was done. Clean out King was very professional from the time I made contact until the job was completed. I was especially happy with the technician, Tony. He was courteous, professional and competent. He showed up on time, analyzed the problem, and quickly fixed it. I will use Clean it King and Tony again if I have plumbing problems.

My kitchen faucet no longer would move back and forth so i knew it was time to replace it. I tried to do this myself but ran into some trouble so I reached out to my neighbor to see if he could help and he recommended I call the Clean-Out Kings as he had a positive experience with them last week when his shower drain clogged. I called Tony and told him what faucet I wanted and he showed up at the house with it already purchased and installed it for me in no time. While he was here I mentioned that i had recently purchased a new fridge that had an ice maker and water dispenser but I thought I wouldn't use it as I had no idea how to hook it up to the water line. Tony was able to install a splitter under my kitchen sink and run a brand new line from the sink to my fridge hiding the line under the cabinetry as if it wasn't even there. Now not only do I have a new faucet but I have cold water and ice on demand which I have never had before. I can't thank the Clean-Out Kings enough. Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Great customer service. Very pleased with the quick response. The tech was very informative, friendly and professional.

Our toilet was old and was wasting too much water. It’d keep running water if we didn’t tap the flusher a couple times, finally decided to replace it. Called these guys for a free estimate, they came out same day and gave a pretty reasonable quote. Called them the following morning and they sent out Bobby later in the afternoon. Got the job done under two hours and he even re-sealed our showers and sinks for free. All in all great service and I love how they went above and beyond. Highly recommended, thanks guys!
