+ -1 moreThe guys at Chung's were excellent. They did an unbelievable work. They went far beyond my expectations. Additionally, they painted one of my patios that they didn't have to and did they did it for free. The price was a lot lower than what I expected to expend.
Description of Work: Chung's painted the trim, doors, eaves and gutters. They also fixed a gate and painted my patios. The job took three days.

+ 0 moreHe knows what he's talking about, and he knows the business well. He brought a large packet of color charts, he knows color. He knew exactly what needed to be done; very sharp. His estimate was reasonable. He speaks very fluent English.
Description of Work: I hired him to do exterior painting for a duplex and replace stucco around the base. I've given him a down payment for materials and the work will begin soon.

+ -1 moreTHE JOB THAT THEY DID WITH THE INTERIOR PAINTING WAS MERELY MEDIOCRE, AND WAS NOTHING SPECIAL. THEY DID NOT GO INTO DETAIL, AND LEFT A FEW UNPAINTED SPOTS HERE AND THERE.
Description of Work: THEIR PEOPLE CAME AND PAINTED THE WALLS AND CEILING OF THE HOUSE WITH FLAT PAINT.
