+ -1 moreOK, except that Danny Kim kept promising us (four neighbors) that he didn't ever do. While he was here (or his workers) they would do what we asked, but of we called on the phone, he'd promise us whatever we wanted and them simply never did it. One retired neighbor had to watch them all the time to make sure they did what they said.
Description of Work: Replaced wrought iron fence.
