I would of like the repair man to hae shown me the ?parts that were no longer repairable or too costly to replace?. I should have asked him to show me, but i wanted to stay out of his work area. My regret.

Appliance's Repair Service Technician arrived on time & performed a great job on our clothes dryer! He replaced the dryer blower. The part & service price was reasonable.

I was shocked how Dinh was able to replace the dishwasher drain motor without pulling out the dishwasher by reaching underneath and feeling his way through. He also added an air gap for the drainage. After he left the pipe came loose when I was testing the dishwsasher. I let him know that night via a text and he immediately came out the next day to fix it. Would recommend...

Arrived on time was very professional...new what the problem was and had the part on his truck. Repaired and had oven working in less than 30 minutes. Very happy with the work and the price. I will definitely call them for all my appliance repair needs!

I had to call him on the first appointment. But after that he identified the problem. Came back the next day and fixed the problem on schedule and now my dryer works great. I was so happy I didn’t have to wait 2 weeks like the other repair place was going to do.

I had to call him 30 mins after our scheduled appointment time to see if he was still going to keep the appointment. He informed me he was running late and was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly identified the problem, let me know what work needed to be done, and completed the work. Other than being an hour late, I was quite satisfied with his service.

He was on time. lessoned to my problem. understood the problem and has the problem fixed in just minutes. He asked if there was anything else and I explained another problem with another appliance and he is ordering the part and I'm sure this appliance will be repaired also. Oven repair. Came on time ready to go. Asked me all the right questions. advised me more than once about 6 month parts and labor guarantee. Diagnosed and repaired my Frigidaire oven in about 45 minutes.

We are so happy! he was very nice and explained the issues and all of the charges. it turned out to be a simple repair and the charges were very reasonable. We will definitely recommend this company to everyone we know.

He doesn't take credit cards. Bummer! I still think my dryer is not working correctly and I don't want to cell him again.
