+ -1 moreThe owner Steve and 2 other gentlemen arrived right on time and spoke with me to figure out a game plan to inconvenience my tenants as little as possible (going unit by unit instead of top to bottom). They were all friendly and worked quickly. They even had special tools and tricks to take care of stickers, paint overspray, and problem areas (no extra charges). They did not use extension poles for the second floor, but instead had a giant ladder and all of the windows were washed by hand. We just landscaped, and they were extra careful when moving the ladder around the house (I wish I could say the same for the roofer!). The last time I hired window washers they skipped the tracks, but these guys know what they're doing. Also, Steve and his crew are all animal lovers so they were mindful not to let our cats out and took a minute to introduce themselves to my tenant's dog before going in. The process went so smoothly, I arranged for him to come every 6 months.
Description of Work: They washed 40+ windows, inside and out, plus screens and tracks for my 2-story home and 2 rental units. Some windows are louvered, some are old 12-panes, some are inside doors, but most are dual pane vinyl. They threw in a few mirrors for free and made them sparkle. They have a "rainy day guarantee" to touch up the windows if it rains right after they're cleaned, so I didn't hesitate to choose them over the other bids. They were also priced better than most of the quotes I received.

+ -1 moreThat was excellent and so I would give them a very high recommendation. He was helpful, he was timely, he was thorough, and he was efficient and very cheerful. He's also $5 cheaper.
Description of Work: A Brighter Side Window Cleaning, that's what it was. They did residential windows. It was sliding windows.

Description of Work: I try to hire them annually to clean about 50-53 windows on our 2 story home. They do great work. Steve is pleasant to work with and does a great. He also cleans the windows for a friend.
