+ -1 moreThe two guys who arrived were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were helpful in diagnosing a problem and offering a reasonable solution. When they were done the garage door was functioning beautifully. I was very pleased that they were able to do everything needed in one visit, and really happy they got my vehicle programmed! They spent time teaching me how to program our other vehicle, and even offered to stop by again and help if we didn't succeed in doing it ourselves. Overall experience was very good. The one not-so-good aspect: We had an appointment for 8:00 AM, but by 8:30 they still were not there. I called them at 8:35, they said they were loading up and getting ready to come. They arrived about ten or fifteen minutes later. I would have appreciated a call saying they were going to be late.
Description of Work: Serviced a poorly-functioning garage door at our newly-purchased foreclosure home, added a strut, provided remotes and programmed my vehicle to the remote.

Description of Work: They replaced parts on the garage door tracks and tightened and adjusted the garage door.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HONEST AND DEPENDABLE. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND DID A GOOD JOB INSTALLING THE DOOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE DOOR.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE OLD GARAGE DOOR AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW ONE.

+ -1 moreTHE PRICE WAS REALLY GOOD. THE SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND EVEN CAME OUT TO DO FOLLOW UP WORK THE NEXT DAY EARLY. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALSO SEEMED LIKE PRETTY GOOD GUYS.

+ -1 moreAT FIRST I WAS UPSET, BUT THE GUYS FROM THE COMPANY MADE ME LAUGH ABOUT IT. THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY DID THE JOB BETTER THEN WHAT I PAID THEM FOR. IT WAS A TWO MAN CREW. THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS WHEN THEY FINISHED.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A BRAND NEW GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER AFTER MY DAUGHTER RAN OVER THE OLD OPENER, AND THEN BACKED INTO THE OLD DOOR.
