Needed 10 year old solar panels removed and reinstalled to accommodate a new roof job. Rick and his crew at RCI are INCREDIBLE! The bid was very fair (compared to the original installer who wanted to rip us off); the work was completed as promised and Rick even initiated a warranty claim for 2 micro inverters we didn't even know were not functional. Rick is probably the most professional, ethical, and knowledgeable business person we've dealt with in quite some time. RCI was referred by a roofer we ended up not using, yet RCI still came through for us! Rick's team even spent significant time to fix the bad wiring job from the original installer at no extra cost I am thankful we switched from our original installer to RCI. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It took my HOA more than a month to approve my project. It took RCI Solar only 2 days to install my solar panels along with a generator sub-panel! Watching that PG&E meter spin backward is the most beautiful thing I have seen today. Solar installs this year are eligible for a rebate, do not wait for next year.

I had direct interactions with Rob, who was the first contact, and Rick, the electrician. Both were very patient, ensuring that all my questions were understood. They were upfront with their timetable and respectful of mine, as well. With the advent of the COVID-19, they had to suspend inquiries, through no fault of their own, and I look forward to speaking with them soon. They were very easy to work with, and I highly recommend them! 5-STARS!

We were very satisfied with their service. I spoke and communicated mostly wth Rob through phone and Email. We did not feel get rushed. His explanation was easy to understand. Rick, the owner, came at the end one day to look over the completed situation and reviewed with me the product and set up solar edge receiver so we can check status remotely at the website. We had good visit and got to know his business and about his family. He and Rob said that if we were to sell the house, they will help new owner for anything related to their product and monitor system and come to meet with them. The installer gentlemen were also great! Rob and Rick were very nice and easy to talk to. They had pride in their product and service. They wanted to make sure we will be happy with their service. We also felt that we are still connected with them for any question or concern afterwards in future. We felt very confident with their service and professionalism. Rob and Rick both very professional and helpful. My only issue was the company making appointments and failing to be on time. I spent many hours waiting only to find out they were not going to show that day (This was when Rick was supposed to come and meet the inspector and set up my program.) I would recommend them and use them for any future job I have.

Great install, very clean and the system is working great. RCI was the only company from the 4 different bids, that gave us the best price, also made me feel that what they said, they were going to do, with no Pushy sales force. The install was quick, looks great and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND RCI for your solar project .

It is accomplished in stages and has to be coordinated with your electric company. That takes a little time, but the company will keep you informed. They also answer any questions that you have at any time. The work done was accomplished in a short time and looks great.
