EXCELLENT. WILL HIRE AGAIN!!!

The work performed was excellent - especially in our kitchen area which was really needing work. Avelino and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable as we have both travertine and ceramic tiles. The kitchen tile looks like new and the cleaning involved them down on their hands and knees scrubbing grout lines - not just using the machine. I don't know if that is usual for tile cleaning but I suspect not. For the amount of area we had cleaned and the results obtained, the price was very reasonable. You can probably find someone a little cheaper, but I doubt that they would do the same quality job as Advance.

Advance Carpet & Tile Cleaning is OUTSTANDING!!! The carpet was very, very dirty and stained and had not been cleaned in years. After calling them they arranged an appointment immediately. They came in and did an outstanding job getting every area of the house cleaner than it has been in years. They took the time they needed to make a filthy carpet look like new again, and I am not exaggerating on what a remarkable job they did. I will hire them again and would gladly recommend them to everyone. Very professional.

I needed my carpets deep cleaned. My son and his family lived with us for about a year and a half. One teenager and two younger. When I picked his name from ur list, I had no idea what I needed or what I would be getting. The first thing he asked was if I wanted a deep cleaning or just a cleaning. I needed a deep spot cleaning. They were outstanding and caring. We are both elderly and they understood. I would highly recommend them. My carpets looked new when they finished. I will use them again. I was very satisfied. I would give them a grade of A+ since I’m a retired teacher. They were very efficient, professional yet caring working with us.

The service was great, the employee arrived on time and did the Job quickly and professionally.

He shows up on time, was very nice. Gave us an estimate, he explains what needed to be done, and how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He started and finished within the time he said. We really like him and his wife. I would call them again.

They were on time did a very nice job cleaning the grout and tile and sealing it. Out tile and grout very dirty and tile stained from previous owner. Grout cleaned up looks nice stains cleaned up well for as bad as they were. I would have them back. I am going to have them clean and seal floor tiles in front room in a few months

A few snags due to our painted grout but that aside job was excellent.

We've used Advanced Carpet Cleaning for many years on our rental properties. They magically clean our carpet like new every time. This has saved us thousands of dollars. We recently hired them to clean the carpets in our personal home and they look beautiful. The entire experience start to finish was fantastic!

We were very pleased with the results. We were concerned that we had procrastinated too long on having our floors cleaned and that our floors would not come clean; but Advance did an awesome job and our floors look brand new. We will definitely use them again and refer friends to them.

The FINEST job EVER! The carpet pad scrubber actually deep cleaned and the extractor removed most water. The final product looked perfect. We shall see Phillip and Avelino again in six months.

We were very pleased withe work done by Advanced. The tile looked as good as new. The grout was the original color again and reminded us why we picked that tile & grout combination. We loved that the company was family-run. Interestingly, COIT's quote was only slightly lower and tried to upsell, but we preferred to work with a local company. The staff took care not to get their equipment or materials in the main part of the house. They did not leave until they showed us everything that they had done including sealing the grout and instructing us how to keep it clean in the future. I cannot be more positive about Advanced.

Had my carpets cleaned and scotch guarded today by Avelino & Lupe and they were awesome!! They are such wonderful and professional people. The carpets look like they were just installed!! I used many different carpet cleaners in the past and now will only need to contact Advance carpet & tile cleaning. I'm looking forward to having Advance come and clean and polish my granite.

Advance is the first company we call to do our carpets, upholstery and tile - forget about Coit and the other big brand guys - support local small businesses like Advance close to home! We've used Advance for over 3 years now, and they've always provided excellent service, are careful with our delicate items, and deliver CLEAN! Phillip the owner quickly schedules a visit and provides estimate on-site. Professional service is provided by Alvansio and wife Lupe (always 2-person team) who arrive on-time, are efficient and don't leave until you're satisfied. We have been amazed at the pet accidents they've removed (after Coit had tried to remove it with no success)!

I called another company and had my carpet cleaned in a 2000 sqft house. 1 week later the carpet was back to dirty. I decided to call Advanced carpet and tile based off some recommendations from friends . They cleaned my carpet 2 month ago and it still looks brand new! These people are hard workers and wont just surface clean your floors. They actually take their time and do it right. They have top notch machines and cleaning chemicals that get deep into your carpet, Coupled with employees that actually care about the work they do. I was so happy with the carpet that I had this business do the tile outside on my porch. It had 30 years of water marks and dirt that I couldn't get out even with spending hundreds of dollars on a pressure washer. To my surprise these guys got it to shine and sealed the tile so that it will last another 30 years. This is an amazing company. I will be calling them for every floor cleaning service I may need.

Advance carpet cleaning is the best and most outstanding carpet service I have ever used. The owner and staff always go above and beyond to take care of the customer. I have not, nor will not use any other carpet cleaning service. I have been a customer of advance carpet cleaning for over 20 years . I never hesitate to call them they’re the best !
