+ -1 moreI have used ADT and Monitronics in the past and was never really satisfied with the installation or service. But SNI has been a completely different experience - working with real professionals. JC was the installer. He told us he had been installing since 1985 and the experience showed. It is truly an honor to be around someone who knows what he is doing. Another crew guy (forgot his name) showed up the 3rd day to help finish the install and he was impressive as well. In all our house is 3500 square feet. 42 windows and several doors. Dozens of entry points all with sensors. Set up motion detectors, 2 keypads, smoke detectors heat detectors. There are reviews for them on Yelp and I totally agree with all of them and understand their great experience. I really like the fact that Mitch and his crew are so professional, personable and are there for you even after the install. Mitch has called and checked several times and gave us his personal phone number to contact him at any time with any questions or issues we may have. Next step is cameras. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Description of Work: Mitch the owner came out and surveyed the home a couple days prior to install. We had just closed escrow and were moving in a few days later. He had his crew work overtime the day before the install so they could have my home up and running before we had our furniture in and slept our first night in our new home. He was genuinely concerned about us feeling safe and went over and beyond anything I expected even after a strong referral from my best friend who was singing his praises.

+ -1 moreSNI was extremely prompt in responding to our requests for an estimate and the following installation. They were extremely punctual and finished their work quickly and without interruption.
Description of Work: The team from SNI was most professional and responsive. They did the installation with care and could not have been better to deal with.
