Excellent. The only plumber that answered at nearly 8pm at night. Extremely professional, courteous, knowledgable and left my home exactly as he found it (no mess!). Very reasonable rates. I can't recommend highly enough.

The shower in the second bathroom of our condo would not turn on. It is one of the old Moen faucets where you pull the handle out towards you to turn on the water. The handle was frozen (would not move) Called about 30 minutes before he showed up right on time. Took a look at the situation and went right to work. He had the shower working just like new within about 30 minutes. He took the time to make sure that the entire work area was as clean as he found it and then answered my many questions. Not knowing what was wrong I am sure I would have been perfectly happy paying much more for a bigger job and I truly appreciate his honestly and will absolutely use him again.

I called Patrick and he told me that he could squeeze me in at the end of the day. Unfortunately, his other job went long and we had to reschedule. He was able to come to my house the first thing the next morning. He was very prompt and made sure the work area was appropriately covered. He cut out a piece of the ceiling and immediately was able to find a pin-hole leak in the pipe. Patrick showed me where it was and explained what he had to do. He informed me that the copper pipe in the house is low quality and replaced the leaky section with a better pipe. He fixed everything in a timely manner. He was very professional and obviously was quite knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again.

We had initially called another plumber who we have dealt with in the past. After waiting nearly 8 hours for them to show up, and multiple calls where we were assured that they and quot;were on the wayand quot;, these guys are crossed off of our list permanently.We called Seale plumbing based on some other reviews I found on the web, and I'm happy to say that the overall experience with Seale was great. They showed up right on time, and worked straight through for about four hours, spending a large amount of time crawling around under the house fixing the leak in the kitchen sink cleanout. They also inspected all of the plumbing down in the crawl space and now we know that we don't have any other leaks. They charged us exactly what they said they were going to, showed up on time, and fixed everything we asked them to fix. What else could you ask for, really?I love the new faucets they installed, also. Much nicer and easier to turn off and on than the old ones. They're some kind of washerless thing and a big improvement over our 1970s era antiques. I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any sort of plumbing needs, they were fantastic.
