They were just so outrageously high with their prices. They gave an estimate on the re-roof, the siding and no paint. They also gave estimates on rain gutters, the water heater and tried to sell me some concrete work which I really did not need. He gave me a quote on the painting. He gave an estimate on the removal of the popcorn acoustical ceilings throughout the home. I later had this work done in full for $3,835.00 by another service provider.

THEY CAME OUT WITHIN 3 DAYS TO MEASURE AND LOOK AT THE ROOF. IT TOOK THREE WEEKS BEFORE HE STARTED THE JOB BUT WHEN HE STARTED, THEY SHOWED UP EVERYDAY UNTIL THE WORK WAS DONE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND LEFT THE YARD VERY CLEAN.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED OLD SHINGLES AND REPLACE ROOF WITH A NEW COMPOSITION SHINGLE ROOF.
