Mr. Butler was very professional. Have good phone manner. Punctual. informative about our current pest problem. proactively plugged up a potential rat entry way into our home via our outside air condition duct .

After Thanksgiving we had little drain flies everywhere. One call to the Pest Butler and he had just the stuff. After using it as directed I haven't seen any drain flies since. Craig was professional and was able to diagnose the problem quick. He was also very safe and clean.

He was professional and was able to get rid of our rat issue. Working with him was easy and I would 100% recommend. Very nice and very knowledgeable.

I have had Craig from the Pest Butler come out to my house a few times for various issues. At one point I had tiny bugs coming up my kitchen sink and I could not figure out what they were. When Craig arrived, he immediately identified the critters as springtails and solved the problem right away. I have not seen any springtails since. I don’t know what it is about my kitcen sink, but I also had crickets coming up my sink. Several mornings a week, I would wake up to one hopping around in my sink. I called Craig and I haven’t seen one since. He also got rid of a pesky ant situation I had in my bathroom this summer. He is thorough, well priced, and knowlegeable about what he does. I would highly recommend him!
