Description of Work: Newport Beach Builders & Developers did a Complete Bathroom Remodel. They installed a new tub, new toilet, new vanity with mirror and a granite top, two sinks (his and hers). There was also a ceiling fan installed. They also painted, which included drywall and insulation. They installed tile floors, new plumbing, new drains, new electrical system for bathroom, new plugs (GFI switches), cam lights, new shower door (glass) w/framers. He had permits included in the price and he was also licensed and bonded. He added greenboard and hardybacker at no extra charge so there would not be any mold.
