I had been trying to get a deal on Groupon to service my garage door and the two I tried were nightmares. So, of course, off to Angies List I went and found L&S Garage Door Services. I called them on a Tuesday and Ken came out that same day to adjust my garage door and replace the spring. Other than the great and professional service, they actually answered the phone the first time I called, offered a good price for the service requested and came out the same day - on time! Definitely going in my favorites. Highly recommend L&S Garage Door Services.

Blaine was able to schedule an appt same day, confirmed before I bought the Deal. Dan came out with another tech. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Dan works for a top rate company and is an experienced technician who gave us the confidence that the money we spent was truly worthwhile. The job was completed promptly and we were very satisfied with the results.

When scheduling the service Blayne was very courteous and attentive to my schedule. He was able to fit me in the following day. The service work was handled by Dan. He was on time, courteous and professional. I am an aircraft mechanic so my attention to detail is probably a little more in depth than most especially when it comes to others performing work on my property. Dan exhibited the same attention to detail. After he installed the new springs he meticulously went over the entire door and all it's mechanisms to ensure everything was in good shape. He readjusted the position of the door in the track and eliminated a bind I was having. He then replaced a worn track wheel, adjusted the seem where the tracks fit together for smoother operation and finally lubricated all the hinge points. It now performs quietly and flawlessly. He did an excellent job in a reasonably short time at a good price and explained everything as he worked. Thanks again Dan! I would recommend this company to anyone with garage door issues and will use them again if needed.

Very prompt service. I called and he came the next day on time. I was worried about my garage door springs giving out because it's been 7 years and not necessarily because of any warning signs. He actually tried to persuade me NOT to replace it even though that would mean he loses a sale. I appreciated his honesty and assessment but went ahead and changed the springs anyway because of a previous bad experience. He was fast, courteous and professional.

The service call was great. The installer was on time and knew exactly what to do.

L & S repaired garage door springs this past February. The service call this week was diagnostic and Blaine completed a thorough assessment of the issues with the motor settings and a couple of other issues attributable to the age of the motor and some damage to the existing door. Blaine was clear in explaining his diagnosis and each of our short-term and long-term options. He was patient and professional and knows his business. We would recommend L & S to family and friends.

Excellent! The tech was on time and performed the work in about 1-hours. Curious, clean and friendly. Tech did not try to up his scope which I really appreciated. I would use the m again.

He came on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a time estimate of 45 minutes and in 45 minutes he was finished. He inspected the door and opener. He did minor adjustments that I hadn't thought of which made the system work more efficiently. He was very meticulous during the whole process and I highly recommend this company!!!!!!

Everything was excellent. We have a new garage door springs.

They were kind, courteous, prompt and seemed fairly priced. I would use them again. Though I'm still in the warranty period I have no complaints whatsoever.

We got him off Angie's List. He did a good job and he was a nice guy so it went well. He was knowledgeable, he was quick, and he was friendly. He got it taken care of right away and he identified the problem really quickly, and got it all done. He was out of here in 45 minutes.

This particular door was unique, but L & S was able to find an exact match, and replace it, same color and everything! They were real pros! Very professional, very patient with lots of integrity.

Needed emergency service and they had a technician who lived in our area. Called them around 7 AM and the technician arrived in about an hour. I could not have been more happy with the quality of their service and their responsiveness.

Work was done professionally and the operation was explained in detail. A follow-up call to Blayne with a question, was answered immediately during the phone call. The garage door runs smoothly and is very quiet. We used them previously to change door springs. I would recommend them.

Blayne was prompt and he works very efficiently, he explained the workings of the springs and did not try to upsell me on anything. I very much appreciate this quality of service. And I will recommend his services to any friend or family member.

The worker from L & S Garage Door Services was also helpful when I asked about the springs. He informed me they usually last 10 years and gave me an approximate price should I ever need to replace them. He cleaned and treated the springs with some lubricant. I have owned my home for nearly 5 years so I had no idea how old the springs were. I will probably have L & S replace the springs sometime soon and not wait for them to break and turn that into an emergency repair. I have already recommended L & S to family members.

One torsion spring broke last night. I looked at the reviews on Angie's list and L & S had great reviews. In addition, on the Best Deal's page, they were the only ones who mentioned replacing torsion springs in their price. I called last night and asked if they could be here first thing in the morning. They arrived at 8:00 am, replaced both torsion springs, lubed the opener, and were finished by 8:30. If your thinking that $200 sounds like a lot, a set of torsion springs is about $100. I know I can't do the job that fast nor do I have the time. Great job!

It went pretty good. They even added an extra rail.

. Performed tune up on garage. Fixed the garage's squeaking. Did job exactly as anticipated.

I called the service after searching on Angie's List and printed a coupon. They responded promptly, assessed the problem and resolved it in a courteous manner (sorry, forgot the service person’s name). Even without the $25 coupon, the price was far less than the earlier service provider. I would definitely use them again!

I had two previous garage door companies come out and give me quotes. Both of them said it would be about $700 to do the work. Both tried to tell me I should fix several other parts, "Well, you know these are older and could break soon." I told them, "No thanks." L and S Garage Door was great! It took a couple of days for us to coordinate a day that would work for both of us. Two of my neighbors also had a spring break within a day of mine. They were going to use L and S Garage, but they got impatient waiting two days. They went with another company and paid $400 for the same work that L and S charged me $200. They are now kicking themselves. After that, everything was great! The guy showed up a few minutes early, which I respect.He went straight to work. Replaced both springs, lubed the drive chain, and inspected all the other parts. The door is so quiet now when it opens up.I would highly recommend them. Another bonus is that my garage doesn't smell like a pack of smoked cigarettes after he left. It's so nice to have non cigarette smelling repairmen in my house.

The opener was excellent but there were problems with it immediately. They resolved it. Obviously, they must have done a good job because I gave their name over to the apartment manager. I like them, garage door people are usually shady but these people seem to be okay. They did what they said they would and got there when they were supposed to. They charged what they said they would. When I called the owner, he called and sent out his service guys. They seem to be reputable. They were quite good because I like what they did so I kept on adding work for them. They seem to be reliable. They were right on time and the person who did the work seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He got off his truck, did the work and everything was amazing.
