Description of Work: I have had a problem with my garage door not closing right for years. I saw the special for new springs for $200.00 and thought that would fix it. When Brent came out,on time, he told me the springs were good and I just needed a good service. I told him I also needed a new bottom rubber on the door and new wipers around the door. He told me he could do all of that and service the door and it would only be $69.00 more. They came out Friday and performed all of the items I wanted. The tech that came was very proficient and when he heard the door close he went right to the tracking and loosened it up and adjusted it along with lubricating everything else. My door works PERFECT!! It hasn't been this nice in years. I am completely satisfied. It was worth every penny and then some.

Description of Work: Provided a quote on installing 2 garage doors. We did not use L and S Garage door services because their pricing was higher than the 3 other quotes we received from other companies. They were also 45 minutes late, however, they did call and notified me they were running late. They were very professional and answered all our questions and concerns. We would definitely consider L and S Garage Door Services for future needs.
