These guys are good. Called for appointment. They gave me a 1 hour time window. Worker called me 15 minutes prior to arrival. Was very professional and very fast. Entire repair took 30 minutes. This is the first time I have ever had this problem. The only material was a new spring, so, basically it was $200 for 30 minutes of labor. I'm not so sure I would use the pay in advance thing again. This seems a tad expensive (although I have nothing to compare it to), but, it's good to have it fixed. They provide a 3 year warranty on parts on 1 year on labor which is nice.

I couldn't be happier with the service i received. They arrived when they said. Did the work in an expedient manner and charge a very fair price. I highly recommend.

He did an excellent job. Our light was out in the garage opener and last minute he replaced those lights for us too. I did not know there was a coupon, but he advised me they had some so I was able to get a discount. Chris was extremely pleasant and was prompt and on time.

I called L & S door in a panic. Our friend's rental car was trapped in our garage because the metal plate on the side had ripped from the wall and the heavy door refused to budge. Fortunately, Blayne, the owner, picked up the phone when I called mid-morning and confirmed that he could send someone out that same day. Sure enough Jimmy arrived early afternoon. After a thoughtful review of our situation and detailed discussions with us (that included our pleas to release the trapped car immediately, if possible) he presented us with two options. We could either repair the garage door or replace it. If we replaced the door, the temporary repair and release of the trapped car, would be free. We chose to replace the 20 year old door and decided a mid-range priced option. (Jimmy patiently reviewed all of our options with us.) We signed a contract and provided a $200 deposit. Jimmy said that Blayne would call in a week to 10 days when our new door was received from the manufacturer to make an appointment to install it. Sure enough,within 10 days Blayne called, we made the appointment and the installation crew arrived on time. Our top notch door was installed within a couple of hours. The next day, Blayne called to make sure we were happy...needless to say, we told him we are very pleased!

Excellent. Tech was incredibly sweet and worked hard to make our just purchased home's old garage door work smoother. He has showed me how to program the existing remote, since I didn't have any instructinos for it.

We couldn't get our car out of the garage due to a broken spring. This company was very responsive to our emails and phone calls, and they did the repair very quickly. We would use them again for a garage door repair or service.

Our garage door opener gave out late Saturday night. Although I knew I wouldn't be able to receive service that late I still called three companies and left messages for assistance. Out of the three that I called that night, only one company, L & S Garage Services, had the courtesy to contact me on Sunday morning. The serviceman arrived on time & provided all the options available to me without any high pressure tactics. He even told me that my opener could be simply repaired. However I decided to purchase a new unit as the current one was nearly two decades old. Within one hour a new unit was installed. The serviceman, Chris, was very professional & cleaned everything before leaving. I would highly recommend L & S Garage services to anyone requiring garage door service repair.

It was very good. We had it set up for one of our tenant. Everything was done on time. I didn’t hear any complaints so everything went very well. I would recommend him. I just found out from the tenant that one of the screws came loose.

Really glad they were available on Sunday, as my car was stuck inside the garage. Chris did a fine job, was in and out in less than 20 min; the garage door works perfectly again. I suppose only time will tell if everything was truly done right, but for the time being everything looks and works great. My only suggestion would be to wear a polo or t-shirt with a company logo, or at least have a business card. Something to signify you're not just a random grease monkey that showed up at my door. This is pretty minor though.

I called on a Saturday and Chris came out on Sunday to reattach rail to the wall. When I initially called, I didn't know if I needed a new motor because it was at least 17 years old and making a lot of noise . My appointment was between 9:00 -10:00 and he arrived at about 9:10 and apologized for being late. He wasn't late. Chris checked everything, explained that the motor was fine, and that I would probably need to replace the spring in a year or two, and that it was normal. Chris also adjusted the door to make it close quieter and greased the belt. He answered all my questions before he left. I was very impressed at their honesty and not trying to take advantage of the situation by trying to sell me a new motor. I will definitely use them again.

Chris was fantastic and performed the stated repairs and advised on future ones. He even worked on our second door since there wasn't very much to do with the first door. I appreciated his honestly and willingness to do what was needed but not do stuff that wasn't needed.

I bought their deal for lubrication and roller replacement late in the day last Thursday and they came out today (Monday). The appointment was for between 11am and 12 noon, but the technician called me shortly after 10am to see if he could come a bit earlier. He came and he replaced rollers and lubricated. He also gave me great advice on the cause of the horrible noise my garage door was making. Apparently, it's the motor (very old and not part of the deal) that was making most of the noise, but the work he did really helped to bring the noise down. I need to save up for a new motor, but I was very pleased with L&S's prompt service and professionalism.

The owner did a great job. Was honest, straightforward, and reasonably priced. Highly responsive. I definitely recommend him.

The service call couldn't have been better. Jimmy arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He first explained what work he would complete, then finished it promptly. Jimmy replaced the springs, adjusted the motor, and lubricated the hinges. It works perfect and the sound is not as loud. I'm planning to replace the motor in the future and will definitely use L &S again, and will ask for Jimmy.

He was punctual and efficient at both appointments. Provided approximate time and price estimates. He even changed one major part free-of-charge due to the old component not fitting with the new cables that were being installed. I appreciate that kind of attention and work ethic. I plan on calling on them in the future and referring others to this company.
