My kids decided to hang on the garage door as it was opening, needless to say by the time it did open it was no longer on the track and quite twisted and definitely had issues. Problem was it was late and we were leaving town the next day. I called L & S and scheduled an appointment for early the next day. Chris came over he showed up on time he was very pleasant and had all of our issues figured out within minutes. I was very happy with the service the professionalism and loved the guarantee on the labor. I would definitely use L&S again in the future.

I was having problems with my garage door going up but not going down. I purchased an Angie's Deal to due a tune replacing the rollers and generally checking it out. L&S came out and of course the door went down perfectly for them, kind of like taking your sick child to the doctor to have them act fine there! He did recommend replacing the garage door springs which I don't think had ever been done. Using the deal I had already purchased he added on $100 and replaced the springs. I am still having issues with it not always going down, but at least now I can put it down manually, it was too heavy before. My choice, I just haven't had them back out to check it out again as I was busy with a new roof. I would use them again.

I've used L&S before on another property, and they are they only company I will use going forward as I have had two very positive experiences. I called to schedule service and inquire on prices, and was given the opportunity to have the work completed that day, but my schedule didn't allow it. So, I scheduled it for the next day and Blayne was right on time. The work was done quickly and correctly, and I really appreciated his commitment to his work. I can't say enough about L&S Garage Door Services - great prices, great people and great work. Thank you!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The technician was a nice guy. The work was good.

The workers were very pleasant and did a really clean installation. We had a challenging setup with a large beam in the way and they resolved it creatively by making the door slightly smaller to give us a larger opening with the door up.

One of the springs broke on a Saturday afternoon. L and S was the second place I called but the first to answer the call. Said someone would be out between three and four pm. Jimmy showed up at 3:30. After he gave me a price I asked if there was an Angies List discount. That saved me 69 dollars. He was done in 45 minutes just as he promised. Very professional at a descent price. Impresses...

Called them on a Saturday afternoon and they said they could be there within a few hours and provided a one hour window. They were running a little late, but called and let me know when they would arrive. They honored the Angie's List coupon and replaced my garage door torsion spring for $200. They were punctual, great price, and did great work. I would absolutely use them again.

They were prompt and actually early. The technician was Chris, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He sold me a garage door and opener and will be out tomorrow to install it. They exceeded expectation.

I called the office and they dispatched a technician that afternoon. Chris arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. He went right to work and did a great job. Everything was adjusted perfectly and the door is running just like it did when it was new some 12 years ago. He pointed out that the motor has a lifetime warranty and that if there are any issues to give them a call. I will use them again for any Garage Door issues. Very impressive.

Called L& S based on reviews on Angies list, Blaine actually suggested I use coupon for a better price ( a neet addition) He showed up on time, replaced two springs,cleaned and adjusted all tracks and provided a safety inspection. Garage door now works perfect and is actually much quieter.

I called about noon for the repair. They said they could get some out at 2 PM. At 1 PM they called me to say they could be at my home in 15 minutes if i was going to be home. Fifteen minutes later the Rep came; He replace the broken cable with a much thicker cable and lubircated the tracks at no charge. Total time at my house was about 30 minutes. The Rep was very professional, knowledgable and polite. They will get all of my garage door business from now on.

Blayne was punctual,(see my other review of Dynamic) polite and professional. Price was also cheaper. He also did not charge for a couple of small repairs that he did. I would definitely use him again.

My garage door did not consistently close all the way. It kept popping back open when I would try to close it. Chris came out and was very professional. Saw that it was an old motor about 15-20 years old. Recommended a replacement but first provided all the options with pros and cons for each option. The price he gave was what the price actually was. No hidden costs. Love the garage door and the quietness of it. Also, we wanted to keep the old motor and he accidentally took it with him. When we called, Blaine was kind enough to send it back to us. We will definitely be using L&S again, but hopefully not for a while. :)

Overall this company was great! They owner, Blyane, answered my call on Memorial Day and scheduled my appointment for the next day. My garage would not open and my car was stuck inside. He told me who and when the technician would be at my home. Although they were running late, Blyane called and ASKED me if it would be a problem (rather then telling me they were going to be late and I had no choice). The technical, Jim, was pleasant and quick. They both did not try to up charge me or sell me something I didn't need. They seem very honest, hard working and professional. I WILL recommend them to friends and neighbors! Thank you!

I first contacted the owner on March 25, 2014 and agreed upon a certain type of opener. The worker came on time, as scheduled on Match 27 and re-evaluated the opener set-up and decided the opener would not work in our garage because of the low ceiling. He suggested another type of opener and stated he would order it and get back to me on installation date. The following day he called back to say the new opener would require installation of new tracks at an extra cost. Total cost quoted for replacing springs and installation of new opener was $1069 for parts and labor. I accepted the quote and scheduled an installation for April 1, 2014. The worker called me before he came (earlier than planned) and finished the work within 3 hours. The workmanship was excellent and I would definitely use this company again. The worker did not leave a receipt since I was paying by credit card over the phone. I later called the owner and asked him to send me a receipt and I sent a second request via email. No receipt has been received.to date, thus the C grade for professionalism.

He responded promptly, did an excellent job, charged a reasonable price, and did not try to get me to buy services I did not need.

Was very efficient and punctual. My schedule is a bit hectic and he was professional and on time! Will use him again for the other garage door!

Was very responsive when calling for appointment. Was able to come next day and gave a 1 hour appointment window. Jimmy arrived right on time. He was very thorough in the evaluation and work done. He communicated clearly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Cost was very reasonable and he did not try to up-sell anything. We are very happy with the service and will use them again if needed. Also highly recommend him to everyone.

My garage door was not working, (would not open), I called L&S based on Angie's list reviews. Jimmy came out and assessed the situation, he told me I needed new springs, (which I had been told by another technician a year ago). He gave me options for the motor: fix it, replace it with a similar motor or upgrade. My garage door was so noisy that I decided to upgrade to a more quiet motor. There was an Angie's list deal from L&S for $200 for the springs, which I purchased.

They came out on a Sunday or a holiday, because our garage door spring broke. The door was open halfway and I couldn't get it closed. They serviced it, had the parts and made it happen. I don't think there were any extra charges. We had to get a spring, which was normal. He was here and gone, took care of it and cleaned up. That worked out real well. We were glad to have that.

Blayne sent out Chris, who was professional and courteous gave me a fair and competitive offer and then proceeded to repair both the door and opener two days later. The work was done very well and I am very pleased with what Chris did for me. I would highly recommend L&S Door to others.
