Kyle is personable and easy to work with, and always responded in a timely manner to my questions and requests. The overall bathroom design was developed by us and we purchased all fixtures and finishes. Saldivar and Eric are exceptionally skilled, hardworking and committed to doing a good job, and worked well as a team. Their attention to detail, from the exquisite tile setting to all of the prep for painting (patched lots of cracks in our plaster walls), and gorgeous seamless baseboards, it was very evident they take great pride in their work. They always arrived on time and worked diligently through to completion. The work site was always prepped/protected in the morning and cleaned at the end of the day. This is the second project that Kyle and his team have helped us with and we are again, very pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again.

I was impressed with Gregory; he was punctual, polite, detailed oriented, & made sure every thing worked properly. The price was $50 an hour. I want him to do all my handyman chores in the future.

Excellent. Mr. Beym's employees were courteous. They discussed their progress with me daily. The end product was exactly what I wanted.

This was an extensive job and for each phase Kyle's crew were professional, ontime (working around our schedule) and cleaned up after each day's work. We are moving and will be using Kyle's services again. While there were hiccups in scheduling due to the amount of work required, it far outweighed the slight inconvenience of a day or 2 extra.

Kyle didn't show up on time. He was an hour late. I rearranged my schedule to be at the house when he said he was available it is not like I selected the day or time. And to not show up on time is absolutely ridiculous. He finally called and left a voice mail that he would be there at 5pm which is an hour later. 5:10pm and STILL a no show! This is one of the reasons people HATE dealing with contractors.

The finished product turned out great. Kyle is very professional and responsive.

The owner of the company gave me a quote and sent his team to do the work. Although the work was satisfactory, the owner never came to check on the workers and did not inspect work when it was done. I even had to send him the payment.

The installation is perfect. Absolute attention to every little detail. Flooring was installed in both upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stairway. Gregorio did the work and he pays attention to every detail. I highly recommend this contractor. They have done several jobs for me and I have not had a single complaint about any of their work.

My experience with them was average. They were cheap in price. They were kind of disorganized. The contractor did almost no work. The laborers were disorganized. The tile work is bad. They are very highly rated on Angie’s List which is why I used them and I did not experience the same things that other people did. You get what you pay for. I spent $6,000 in labor only. I purchased my own materials.

They always arrive on time or a little early, which I LOVE. They get right to work and are personable and professional and friendly. I have had a problem for years with my garage flooding in heavy rain. The property sends water around the side of my yard and it backs up against said door, warping it and leaking under it into the garage. Every time it rains any significant amount, I have to run out to the garage & move anything that will be harmed by water (boxes, etc.). So, I had them raise the door and configure a sill the is 1" or a little more, which is just enough to send the water under the fence right next to the door. Problem solved! The job looks great and I will say they do know what they're doing with doors. I've had them replace interior doors before, so I knew that. Nice job! Then they took out my old, leaking water heater & installed the new one I purchased, adding a pan under it and very heavy earthquake straps. Lastly, they checked out my roof leak, which turned out to be a vent that had been installed by someone else a few years ago that had never been sealed, so that when it rains it runs down the pipe into my heater closet. It only entailed getting on the roof & sealing around the vent, but it was just one more of those things that needed to be done. I'm so happy with the work and the workers, and relieved to have the job done painlessly (for me!). They always clean up well and haul away all debris. You can't even tell they've been there most times! I highly recommend this company.

Kyle's team arrived on time and worked hard ALL day long. They were always pleasant and good-natured. I changed my mind on some things...poor guys...and they just said "no problem." They were great, really. Kyle was ALWAYS available during the project and is super attentive and responsive. This is our second bathroom model with him. He's a great guy and easy to work with.

the job went well. kyle and his crew are always kind, respectful, and professional. the eyesore fence and vine are gone and we love our new fence.

This is the third time we have used Kyle Beym Home Improvement. As in previous jobs, his team is completely professional, courteous, and eager to please. Their work is meticulous. All workman are hard working, punctual, pleasant, and perfectionists. We will have them return to finish remainder of our house.

I had several different unrelated items that I wanted to have done. Kyle gave me an estimate which seemed reasonable and I went ahead and scheduled the job. The bulk of the work was completed in 1 week. They were very punctual each day and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. I would definitely use this firm again in the future and would recommend them for a wide variety of projects.

This was my first experience working on a remodel. I picked Kyle because he had a coupon listed at the time for a reasonable amount for the labor and some basic materials. Contact with Kyle was very responsive via phone or email. I had to purchase all the tile, vanity, toilet, shower doors, faucets, and lighting myself. While this avoided any chance of a markup from the contractor, in retrospect I really could have used Kyle's assistance with double checking the quantities ordered and making sure that everything would work well together. We ran into several delays and instances where I had to scramble to find stuff that worked because what I ordered was insufficient or incompatible. The crew he sent were friendly and punctual, but the primary guy working on site seemed pretty new and did not speak a lot of English. The demo was done very quickly and the rest of the house remained pretty free of debris, but there was definitely a lot of plaster dust covering the adjacent rooms. The first problem we ran into was when our hot water stopped working. It took several days, multiple guys on the crew, and a lot of water before they finally realized that the new shower mixing valve had been installed backwards causing the hot & cold water pipes to flow into each other. The next problem was with the tile floor for the bathroom & shower. There were multiple small tiles on sheets that had a fixed pattern, but they ended up laying them down in an inconsistent orientation which caused the pattern to get screwed up. We didn't catch this until the tile guy had left for the day, but after calling Kyle he came back that night and scraped it all out. It wasted some tile but thankfully we had just enough extra to cover the rest of the floor. Ultimately there were still a few random loose tiles that were askew but thankfully they're not very noticeable. If you have them do patterned tile work, make sure you check it frequently! The last problem happened while they were hanging the medicine cabinet/mirror combo. They didn't ask which direction to hang it before it went on the wall, so it ended up going backwards from the direction it should have opened (it has two doors with an 70/30 split and the long door was put into a corner where it couldn't open fully). I asked them to rotate it and the did, but in the process of doing so they simply rotated it around without taking the shelves out and broke one of them. While it was very audible what happened, they didn't really take responsibility for breaking it and just swept up the glass without telling us what happened. A few other problems weren't noticeable until we started to use the bathroom again. The major issue was noticeable within a day or so was that the drain on the shower floor was slightly higher than the surrounding tile which meant there was always a little puddle of water in the shower. The other problem was that the grout in the shower area became cracked, discolored, and even fell out in some areas. I think in some cases this happened because the weight of the shower door caused the tiles it was placed on top of to lift up slightly. In any event, we eventually contacted Kyle about these issues and he sent a crew back in September to fix them and so far so good! Unfortunately one problem remained which I had asked them to fix as well; they mounted the towel bar on the wall slightly too far apart so there's a visible gap of about 1/8" where the rod can slide between both brackets. While I mentioned this before they left the job, they did not fix it on their last day or when they came back later in the year to fix other issues. It's livable for us, but it's a good example of something you'll want to pay attention to if you have Kyle's team work for you. While I liked working with Kyle himself, and I appreciated his willingness to resolve to the issues that came up, I think things would have gone smoother if he had taken a more active role in verifying or handling the ordering of supplies and if he'd come on site to regularly inspect the work. I suspect that some of the quality issues were because we got his B or C crew due to the coupon. If you trust yourself to order things and have time to inspect the work, I think you can get a good value for your money.

Kyle's crew did a great job remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. They were very conscientious about the quality of their work. I didn't know that a remodel could go so smoothly. We are so pleased with the finish product!

Kyle's employees did a fantastic job remodeling my master bathroom. I obtained numerous quotes, and Kyle's was the most reasonable. I purchased the tile, fixtures, vanity on my own, which was great because then I got to choose precisely what I wanted. Kyle's team worked hard, were thorough, and kept the house spotless. My bathroom looks amazing,the work was done quickly and with no hassles for me. I have other remodeling projects and will definitely use Kyle again.

Since our membership with Angie's List, we have had remarkable luck with the vendors we have selected to perform work on our home. Once again, Angie's List , delivered again a stellar Contractor. We selected Kyle Beym Home Improvement after reviewing a possible four contractors. We were encouraged that Kyle was the winner of the Super Service Award for five consecutive years and his reviews were also encouraging. In our initial contact with Kyle, he returned our telephone call within 24 hours as well as came out to our home within a couple of days to look at our project needs. He gave us a thorough proposal and cost that day. When we contacted him to give him the contract, we were delighted that he had a crew available to start right after Thanksgiving which ended up being Tuesday, December 1st. Kyle informed us that he was sending two of his best, Salvador and Eric to do the work. They were both exceptional craftsman and hardworking. They were always punctual, took the time to laydown daily the floor coverings to protect our entry, stairway and hallway to the bathroom to be remodeled. When they left for the day, they left our home spotless. They were always respectful to us and to our home. From the demolition to completion their work was exemplary. We were thoroughly pleased with this remodel and would highly recommend Kyle Beym Home Improvements.

All went very well. The bathroom looks very nice; we are all very pleased with the way it came out. Mr. Beym is a very likable person; easy to talk to and work with. His helpers work very hard and are very professional. His price was the best we could find and afford. My critical husband was pleased and overjoyed with the job and cleanup.

our bathroom remodel went very well! kyle and his team were awesome. saul and miguel were punctual, respectful, and most importantly, their workmanship is beautiful. we are very happy with the outcome!! we will definitely be using kyle beym home improvement in the future.
