All of the work was done well. Kyle is very professional and attentive to any or all concerns you will have to the work you want him to do.

The workers did the repairs. I continually told them it needed to be strong and sturdy. They responded they understand. When the awning was attempted to be attached it pulled the fascia board away from the house. I contacted Kyle who finally came out to assess the problem to repair. (This was the first time I met Kyle) Once Kyle arrived he looked at the fascia board and told me it would never hold an awning. I explained I had told his workers and they seemed to understand. He then informed me they don't speak English. I said his workers should have called him if they thought they couldn't do the job to the satisfaction of the client. He then left and emailed me they could repair the fascia board for additional money. I then declined any further help from a company that doesn't stand by their work. I believe that if you don't personally see the job that needs completing that you should send workers that can communicate with the client so that there is no issue later.

Great Job, professional and Kyle was very responsive. It wasn't a large job but he was aware I needed it done and offered his services when others stated it was too small of a job to take on. I truly appreciate his help reframing a bay window that was water damage and Gregorio did an excellent job.

Great, we loved working with Kyle and the crew he had for us was great.

We had a 50+ year old home that had not been touched since it was built. We planned an install to include new tub/shower, toilet & sink/vanity. Unfortunately, the floor in the upstairs bath had been repaired by the previous owner due to an on going (unknown to us) leak. So in addition to the planned remodel, we had to have the sub-floor removed & replaced. Kyle gave us the best bid and was able to easily work around our ever changing schedule. Kyle provided recommendations & measurements for the supplies and we were able to choose and purchase what we preferred. Kyle's crew was professional & polite. Everyday, they worked long hours, cleaned up and would let us know when they would be returning. In addition to that, the work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations! Professional, pleasant, precise, meticulous and beautiful! We have no reservations hiring Kyle Beym Home Improvement for any future remodel project.

We absolutely love our new bathroom! After explaining to Kyle that we really wanted to expand our tiny bathroom, he came up with a brilliant plan that required moving some plumbing and electrical around. He listened to what we wanted and made our dream bathroom come true. His workers were awesome - professional, hard working, and truly skilled at what they do. They left our house spotless! The project was completed earlier than expected. I would recommend Kyle to anyone!

We couldn't be more pleased. Kyle's workers were true professionals and craftsmen who did quality work. Our 60 year old bathrooms look brand new! They did an amazing job of transforming the peeling and chipped paint on the ceiling an walls into a beautiful smooth surface. They cleaned up the workspace every day before they left and were really nice men who wanted to be sure we were pleased with their work. They did a fantastic job putting down a herringbone design "brick look" porcelain tile on the floors. Kyle is busy and I can see why...I had to wait about 8 weeks before he could start my project. He is definitely worth waiting for. His prices were great and I like that I could purchase the fixtures myself to make sure I got what I liked and could afford. I will definitely use Kyle again!

Kyle's crew performed beautifully all the way through. I can't thank Rigo and Mario enough. Great guys to have in your home and always cleaned up before they left for the day. Kyle and his crew were very easy to work with, never complaining about small tweaks I requested throughout. Kyle's crews are multi-talented and perform all specialties in construction, electrical, plumbing, tiling, cement work, painting, you name it. Experts. Kyle Beym is a very calming sort of guy. He and I spoke several times before I hired him and I was very clear that I wanted to purchase the materials and kind of act as my own project manager. Kyle was very understanding and after getting two other bids, I chose him based on my conversations with Kyle and the ratings and comments here. Kyle brought in two of his men, Arturo and Felipe. I couldn't have asked for two better professionals than these two men. They were punctual, professional, accommodating put in ten hour days. Their work was outstanding. I supplied all of the materials and they installed the flooring, tiled the shower and tub in the master bath, with all new porcelain and pebble flooring in the shower, and mosaic glass inserts in the walls, replacing faucets, closing up a wall and put in a new opening, installing and painting a barn door, painting the walls and ceiling, and installing LED recessed lights. In my son's room they had to tear out the entire carpet which he ruined and they installed porcelain flooring that looks like wood. Beautiful! In his bathroom they replaced some broken tile, installed a new shower door, replaced the faucets for his shower and tub and moved the shower faucet up two and a half feet from its original low position.

Kyle Beym did a great job for us. We interviewed three contractors from Angie's List. Kyle was the most responsive in getting back to us with a bid in a timely manner and we felt his prices were very fair compared to the other bids we received. What we really liked is that Kyle hires fantastic workers and he assigns a team of two men to your project and they stay with it until it is done. No hopping from job to job and we didn't have an endless string of different workmen coming through the house. We got to know (and adore) our team of Arturo and Felipe. There is nothing these talented guys can't do! They were on time--or early-- every day and worked hard the entire time they were on the job. They would arrive by 7 a.m. and work till 5 or 5:30 p.m. with only a brief lunch break. Most contractors are gone by 3 p.m.! That's one reason our job was completed in only 5 weeks for the first phase. We absolutely love both of our new bathrooms. Phase one cost was $33,000. We had bids as high as $86,000 so we considered Kyle's work a great value. When we were ready to begin Phase 2, we got a bid from Kyle and just one other bid to make sure he was still in the ballpark. Again, he came in lower than the other bid and with a much faster estimate of a completion date. Since we already knew the quality of their work, we were happy to rehire Kyle's firm for our second job. He tries his best to assign the same workers when there is a repeat job for a former client, so we were lucky enough to get Arturo and Felipe again for the second half of our project. They completed the second phase of the project in under two months. Phase two cost was $35,000. We tried to minimize change orders by doing lots of planning up front, but of course there were a few inevitable changes that cropped up anyway. Kyle and his team were very easy to work with on these. No attitude whatsoever -- just a "can do" mentality. We are thrilled with our "new" home and so happy we found this great company. We would absolutely hire them again.

Great, once the job started, Kyle's crew was at my house punctually every day they were scheduled. They were always polite and courteous and not on their phones! They were not put out when I had questions or made changes, either. Kyle does a great job with hiring, his employees were great, as were sub contractors he recommended.

We hired Kyle to do a complete gut and remodel of our upstairs kids' bathroom and to replace the vanity/countertop and repaint the downstairs guest bathroom. Kyle got back to us from our initial call with a day and was able to come out the same week to look at and bid our job. His price was excellent, he was professional in his bid, and his license/insurance was clear. We were able to start within a few weeks. Once the work started, his team (Salvador and Eric) were incredibly hard workers (start at 7 and end between 5/6 each day and even worked on Saturdays). Their work is fantastic (I am very picky) and they are very quiet, clean, respectful, and are very good at communication. The work would have been finished withing 10 days had our shower door come with all the pieces (not Kyle's fault). Do be aware that you will need to order and purchase the materials with Kyle's guidance. You are primarily paying Kyle for the labor and expertise. Having not done this before, I was a bit anxious that what I was buying would be correct, although Kyle did help advise whenever asked. I ended up liking this approach as I did not worry about contractor mark-ups on any materials or being talked into materials I didn't need or want. However, I knew the look I was going for and felt confident in my choices regarding style. Kyle did arrange pick-up of materials when it was needed. He is extremely honest and reasonable with payments and their timing as the work was completed. Kyle also went and obtained the needed permits and arranged inspections as needed. I am 100% pleased and satisfied with the work done in both bathrooms and felt we paid a very reasonable price for the work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for this type of job.

This past June 2017, we had the very pleasurable and satisfying experience of having Kyle Beym Home Improvements perform work at both our home and our rental home as well. We contracted with Kyle to do such things as: redo the bathroom in our rental home, install new flooring in both houses for kitchen and bath, put in a new shower and tub as well as new vanities and mirrors, hang new security doors, install exhaust fans for both kitchen and baths, repair numerous closet doors, paint various rooms in both homes, hang a new exterior door, cut, measure, and install new floor molding, and so on. My wife and I are absolutely ecstatic with the results! The quality of the work, overall, is first rate and we are so pleased with how everything turned out. Though we spent quite a bit of money hiring Kyle, the total was north of $15,000, we feel that for the amount of work completed, along with the tremendous results, we certainly got a more than fair deal in terms of value and craftsmanship. Kyle gave us a very clear and concise estimate upon personally inspecting all that we were looking to have done. He was open to our questions and concerns and he promptly got back to us every time we wanted to ask something of him. During the course of the work, we added to the list of things we wanted done but Kyle did not miss a beat. He gave us individual prices for the additional work and he seamlessly integrated it into the ongoing project. Rigo and Mario were the two employees Kyle assigned to exclusively perform all the work at both homes. We cannot say enough about how marvelous they were. They were professional, gracious, flexible, skilled at their craft, and completed all contracted work with passion and enthusiasm. In the final analysis, we would hire Kyle’s company again in a heartbeat and without any reservations we would recommend him to anyone looking to improve the look, value, and quality of their home!

Kyle Beym Home Improvements are the best! This is the second time that we have used them and just the same as the first time, nothing but excellent. We had a bathroom done in 2015 and then had two gates put in on either side of the house this year. Next is a patio in the backyard. Kyle sent the same team both times and they are the best. You definitely won't be disappointed

All went very well, repairs were done in a professional manner and tile and painting was done in a very professional manner. We did have some unexpected repairs like leaking pipes under the kitchen and leaking toilet in our third bathroom. All were done in a professional manner and the cost seemed very reasonable to us. Kyle was very professional and his work crew was punctual, courteous, very clean and just awesome.

We decided to hire Kyle as his bid came in right in the middle of our 3 bids. One was lower and one was higher. Another friend of mine had use him on a large project earlier this year and was very happy with his work. We wanted our loft to be permitted so Kyle did an excellent job with the City of Cypress in obtaining our permit without having us get an engineer stamp. That saved us alot of money and Kyle is use to working with the people in our city. Kyle sent Luis and George to work on our garage and they are both two of the best workers I have seen. They did the complete job within 8 days and even did alittle extras. We had them add a solar attic fan that we bought from Costco too. The job exceeded our expectations. Everything went smoothly. Sometimes Kyle gets alittle busy and it takes a day or two for him to get back to you. Overall, we are very happy with the job.

Kyle's team did excellent work. We wish we had hired them sooner. They are priced very reasonable and was extremely detail oriented.
