Kyle's employee, Salvador, came to our home on time. Spent all day making repairs. Very pleasant and professional to work with. There were a couple of extra services that Salvador provided I wasn't expecting, but it was important to him to do the job correctly (fixed a leak in the sink that wasn't in the original estimate). I really appreciated that. I have never used a handyman service so I did not have experience to compare prices too. We agreed on the price, and everything was completed as stated in his estimate. Rated responsiveness as good, rather than excellent, only because responses to e-mail inquiries were not always returned within 24 hours. Only area with room for improvement. Kyle himself is very professtional, showed up on time for the original estimate, with a very pleasant and earnest demeanor. Quality of work appears to be excellent. I would highly recommend this company for handyman services.

This was in my back yard.... I bought the paint because I wanted "Marine Paint". Klye ordered the lumber and it arrived exactly on time. Worker was very neat in building the new cover and painting it. No mess at all. It took 4.5 days.

Everything went very smoothly. Each day the workers arrived on time and made significant progress at the close of the work day. The crew was very respectful and friendly with each day ending in spotless cleanup of the kitchen area as well as their work area outside. The timing of the project was within range of estimated timeline. With all of this said, the cost was half of what another crew estimated on the job. Kyle was always available via phone or email should I needed to reach out to him for questions. Something else which is noteworthy which added to the comfort and confidence of this job. Kyle recommended I visit the show rooms of the supply companies out of Santa Ana which he often uses for certain jobs. I spent an afternoon at those showrooms making my decision on the materials and cabinets. They had every option I could imagine to pick the perfect kitchen materials for me. I then shared the product details of what I had picked out and his crew simply went to go pick up enough materials for the job. There was no guessing and no stress over what the end result would be. I would recommend Kyle to my friends and family. I will be using his team for future projects on my home.

Worker arrived on time, finished at a reasonable hour, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done!

Saul and Miguel, the two workers for Kyle were very prompt and put great effort into getting the job done quickly but deliberately. They knew how to solve any problem that arose during the course of laying the tiles. I was very impressed with their level of skill. They often stayed late to get the job done within the time frame promised. They took out the furniture from both rooms, placed them outside on the deck and then put them back once the job was completed. The grout used was my choice and it looked great. The tiles were also chosen by me and I, and my sons were amazed at how beautiful they looked after they were finished. Once the grout dried, a sealer was placed on the tiles. Other things they did were to remove the base boards and then put them back when finished. Saul had a very steady hand as he painted the baseboards white. They also planed the boards that were installed prior to the tiling so that the new tile would be level with the existing tile I had in the entryway. They were very exacting. Kyle was very easy to work with. He was very accommodating to me and worked with me the entire time. Additionally, the cost of installing the tile was very reasonable, I thought. Kyle and his crew do other home improvements than tiling and I would not hesitate to employ him again for any purpose.

The work went well and efficiently. Four drains were replaced and they look beautiful and the drywall repair took a little more time because they needed to dry well before the finishing stage.

I highly recommend Kyle and his team! I interviewed three contractors over the course of two weeks for renovations that needed to be done on my condo. It was easy to contact Kyle and set-up an appointment. I choose Kyle because he provided the most professional and competitive bid after he came to my place. He sent me a typed-up bid itemizing the projects and costs so there was no confusion on expectations/timeline/materials. His team showed up on time to do the work and they were very nice, polite and cleaned up well after the job was done. I even added some small projects that came up at the end which his team was able to complete without any problems. The renovations all came in within budget, time frame, and the quality of work was very high. I will definitely call Kyle and his team again if I need anything done on my house in the future! Kyle is a strong communicator, trustworthy and very professional!

Good. Both Kyle who provided estimate and his worker were on time for their appointment. However, the repairman mostly spoke Spanish so had difficulty communicating where the bars were to be placed. Turned out he didn't hit a stud for one and had to use molly bolts--which was OK but had moved the bar away from preferred placement when he thought he had found a stud. Quality work, securely fastened, cleaned up after himself.

His crew was very punctual and pleasant. Their work was thorough and detailed and they did a good job of cleanup. Would definitely have them back.

Kyles team was punctual, very neat and respectful of our home. They did beautiful work!

No results. We emailed through Angie's List back and forth. He made an appointment for ten o'clock on Wednesday. We were at home from 9AM until noon. He had the phone number, because I gave it to him. Twice. He didn't ever show up, nor did he call. We have used Angie's List before and had good results, so we were pretty surprised by this.

We found Kyle Beym Home Improvement here on Angie's list and had Kyle come over and give us an estimate for remodeling our bathroom. We decided to go with Kyle and he began working on our bathroom. Needless to say, we were a bit nervous about the whole process but Kyle made everything easy. He answered any questions we had and walked us through the entire process. His workers showed up on time, worked extremely hard, and left everything clean when they left at the end of the day. We are very happy with the finished product. There was a slight problem with the bathtub drain but Kyle came over and made sure everything was working correctly before he accepted payment. We would recommend Kyle Beym Home Improvement to anyone who is considering doing any kind renovations. Thank you Kyle.

They moved one of my air conditioners to a different part of the home and then did electrical work and patched it up nicely. They also painted wall and pillars on the outside of my house. They replaced vanities in two different bathrooms and fixed the plumbing in those areas as well. They have done excellent work, were very easy to work with, and I would certainly have them do more work. The quality of the work was excellent. I am very pleased with everything they did and would recommend them to anyone else.

Very please with the work

After previously hiring Kyle Beym to remodel a bathroom, and being very pleased with the quality and value of the work, I hired him again to do a variety of work throughout my 45-year old house. I have now met 3 of Kyle's crews, and all are competent, friendly, professional, easy to work with, do excellent work, and clean up at the end of the day and the end of the job. First, they gutted and rebuilt a bathtub and a shower enclosure in two bathrooms and installed all new plumbing and shower heads. Kyle has an excellent source for bath/shower glass walls and doors, who he will call, but you pay separately. A concrete fireplace hearth was extended on both ends, and tiled. They installed solid core doors on all interior rooms, a new fire-rated door between the house and attached garage, and a new double front door, including removing and reinstalling a security screen. New knobs and deadbolts were installed on all doors. Kyle's crew removed a large recessed fluorescent light box in the kitchen, installed drywall, and finished the surface, preparatory to an electrical remodel. After the electrical remodel, (done by an electrical specialist), popcorn ceiling removal, and blow-in insulation work, which left many, many holes in the walls, Kyle's crew came in and patched, textured, primed and painted the entire interior of the house, including cathedral ceilings. This was extensive work, and so well done that the electrician, when he came back to repair something, commented on how good the finished walls looked. The patching work was really well done - the walls look better than they did before any of this work was started. In the course of painting, they also rehung some linen closet doors that were misaligned, installed new pulls on all interior closet doors, installed new air registers for the furnace ducts, and rehung the smoke alarms. Finally, they installed a double front entry door. This required removing the security screen assembly, slightly enlarging the space for the door, lots of leveling and aligning, reinstallation of the security screens, and caulking and touch-up painting around the door. As always, they worked carefully and with great attention to detail, and the finished product is excellent. There were several little punch-list things to be done at the end of the job, and Kyle's crews always ask if there is anything else to be done, and have me inspect the work they have completed, before they leave. They also clean up better than any other workers that I've used. Kyle is quite knowledgeable about each of his workers strengths, and assigns them accordingly. In the rare cases where I was not entirely pleased with the initial work (just little stuff), Kyle immediately offered to send a crew to do fixes. Kyle is wonderfully easy to work with. He is always calm, he responds daily to phone messages or emails, he has good ideas for tough situations, he treats his workers well, and he has a sense of humor. I am planning to hire him again to finish remodeling my kitchen later this year. He bills per the initial agreement re timing of progress and final payments, and his pricing is very competitive. I just advise you to track what you've paid, and double check the addition on his invoices - - I've found that he sometimes short changes himself (but never erred to the detriment of the me, the customer). Definitely one of the good guys in the construction and remodeling business!

My air conditioner drip line dripped water onto my ceiling causing my ceiling to sag and leak water into my living room. I called Kyle to come have a look and upon inspection found that a layer of drywall had been placed over my original ceiling. When removing a small portion he found mold had grown between the two ceiling layers. At that point he investigated on how to safely remove both the damaged ceiling and the mold. A few days later his men came in and removed all my furniture and curtains and proceeded to bag the entire room in plastic sheeting, covering the entire floor as well, and to seal off all the doors going into that area. His men then went to work (wearing protective gear from head to foot) carefully taking down and bagging the drywall up and removing it from my house. They then took a mixture of TeaTree Oil and sprayed down the entire ceiling and then scraped off the mold and safely removed it. They then sprayed the Tea Tree Oil on the cleaned ceiling and after waiting a week for everything to dry out, they put in a new ceiling and painted it. His worker also repaIred my AC unit so I wouldn't have the wet ceiling again. I have had Kyle now doing work in my house four times. Each time he and his crew have done an absolutely wonderful job! They are neat, clean, careful, workers who pay attention to details. I'm familiar with the building process since I used to watch my husband on his builds and I know good work when I see it done. Kyle does it right. I also like the fact that I can leave my house and let them work without worrying about my personal things being bothered. His crews are wonderful! I have also had him do work at my aging parents home. I was totally happy with his job and so was my dad.

Fantastic. Quality of work was excellent. Workers were polite and responsive. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with. I would hire again without hesitation.

The quality of his work is rated a C. He does not have attention to detail and was on the phone a lot...I suspect with staff on another job. It was not professional. Several items were not completely resolved or repaired poorly. I had to pay subsequent contractors to repair. The crowning blow...he said he removed the battery from a smoke alarm on my 15 foot high ceiling. This week at 2 o'clock AM it started beeping and two days later I paid over 100 dollars to have an electrician remove it and the battery was still in it. I work with contractors for a living and I didn't appreciate Kyle being dishonest because I had no way of checking his work. I would not recommend you use him and I question if Angie's list does much in the way of screening the contractors. The customer is left high and dry on a bad contractor.

It was a pleasure doing business with Kyle and his team of professionals. A+ for punctuality, speed and conscientiousness. His team is eager to please and strive for nothing less than perfection. I am admittedly very picky and I am extremely pleased. We've already had Kyle out for a bid on another project.

Everything went very well they were able to re route all the electric outlets in the old wall to new locations. In addition they added a natural wood beam between the two rooms that looks great. Punctual, friendly, clean and quality work. Not much more you could ask for.

I needed a contractor to remodel my sister's kitchen....it was pretty awful. It's a small kitchen but the bids we got ranged from 10,000 to 37,000....go figure! After much deliberation, our gut feeling was to stick with someone from Angie's List who got good ratings. I'm glad we did. After helping my sister pick out the materials she wanted, given the budget this contractor allowed for, Kyle's guys got right to work. The job, once started, was completed in about 3 weeks. My sister was extremely pleased with the workers, the professionalism and the completed job. I have not yet seen it, but the pictures look beautiful. My sister is both excited and pleased and HIGHLY recommends Kyle.

Awesome job guys were great the floor looks good took them only a few hours to get the job done more importantly my wife loved it too. I would hire these guys again for sure

Kyle gave me a quote of $500 to patch up the walls, texture and paint. Kyle and his worker showed up the day of service on time. He made sure the appropriate materials were there and then let his worker do his magic. His crewman worked diligently and did a great job in patching up all the holes. Kyle and crew are very professional and they take a lot of pride in doing a great job. I was very happy with the results of the work. Kyle not only gave me the best quote but he came through with everything he promised to make sure the job was done. I highly recommend Kyle and his crew. He is honest, fair and very service oriented. I've already asked for some additional quotes on other remodeling work that I would like to get done in the future.

I left a message with this business, but never received a call back. After not getting a call back, I started reading the reviews and realized this is common for this business.

It was very good as well. He came and thoroughly checked things out.
