Phillipe arrived on the job promptly at 7 am. He worked for 10 hours this day and almost completed the job but had to return another day to replace the toe kicks that had been overlooked. This was the only minor error on their part and no big deal. I was apprehensive weather the drywall patch would match as it involved half of the bathroom wall and is very visable when you enter the room. The end result is not only does the drywall match perfectly but also the paint that had to be matched is a perfect match. I will definitely call them for future jobs!

He is all around excellent. I have used him multiple times before, and I will be using him again.

Showed up on time every day. Very responsible. His workers were great, accommodating, respectful, amiable, and helpful, they also ended up putting up some wainscoting and it looks great. . Kyle is a very friendly guy, easy to talk to and easily approached even if we changed our minds on some things. His price was very competitive. I would highly recommend him.

We were very happy with the results that Kyle's employees provided. Kyle's bid was very reasonable and he was able to start fairly quickly. His employees were on time every day and were very professional. They cleaned up well daily and finished the jobs in a timely manner. I will hire Kyle again if I need more home improvement projects done.

Gregorio was the craftsman who performed the work at our house and he did very precise and professional work. Everything was done just as requested, he was there when he said he would be,work was done when it was supposed to be done. The patio decking presented some specific challenges, but Gregorio was able to figure out a way to do it and it came out perfect. I would highly recommend the services of Kyle Beym Home Improvements.

I supplied the tub, tiles, grout and fixtures. He took it all the way down to the studs, and rebuilt it all the way back up again. He did a great job, and I will be hiring him again to remodel another bathroom.

The only criticism I would make is that Kyle assigned the job to just one man, Gregorio, who is absolutely tops in workmanship, knowledge and professionalism. The job took Gregorio 2 and 1/2 days...with a helper he could have completed the job easily in less that 2 days. Certainly, I would recommend Kyle Beym Home Improvements to my friends.

He was on time, on budget and his quality was very good. It's rare when on time, on budget, and good quality all go together when working with contractors these days. The unit I was working on is a rental so I've worked with other contractors and had very mixed results. My budget was tight but Kyle and his team were all about giving me a variety of choices plus, once working on the project he and the team were able to deal quickly with unforeseen problems. I would say that he and the team were very professional, talented, and flexible - just what I needed when I have a rush project and things come up that are not expected.

Went great! Greg was here for 8 hours, he did everything I wanted done, a very handy person. Nice, neat, and on time. I really love my new heavy-duty drawer glides, the drawers hold a lot of dishes, silverware, and table linens, they pull out so smoothly, a lot of work, awesome job. His (Kyle Beym) handyman rate is a fair $50.00/Hour, with a minimum of 4 hours I believe.

The service was good. Their professionalism was great.

Kyle seemed very pleasant and this review is not about the quality of his work. That said, I was informed that after he bid both jobs he would only do the small job if I hired him for the large...of which the bid was much higher than any other I received. Unprofessional in my opinion. If he said that at the time, fine, but he waits until I try to hire him, then takes 11 days to answer me after several attempts to reach him. His work maybe fine but unprofessional in my opinion or maybe just bad business ethics.Never hold work hostage.

He was on time and showed up at the agreed upon time. He was very responsive and polite during the whole process. This was a smaller job and he still agreed to fit me and was professional throughout the entire process.

They started the day after Christmas & were right on time that day. They worked quickly, cleaned up well everyday & did a great job. The glass tile & new 1/2 door look beautiful! I would recommend them highly.

Kyle's crew, Arturo and Felipe, were very courteous and punctual, were incredibly helpful picking up large vanity and shower/tub, always cleaned up, and did excellent plumbing and tile work. This is our first large project and Kyle and his team were very patient and helpful. Kyle was always available by phone or text to answer questions. They finished the job in the time they said they would. They made the experience quite excellent. I would highly recommend them.

It took awhile to get our schedules coordinated but once the project got started the team arrived on time and work tirelessly through to completion. We developed the bathroom design and purchased all the fixtures and finishes. Because the scope of work was written in bid format we had to stay close to the project to provide direction and interpretation. Kyle is personable and easy going. His team - Eric and Salvador - are skilled, hard working and committed to doing a good job. A few mistakes were made but they quickly fixed them without hesitation. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely hire them again.

Kyle was prompt and professional. I had initially obtained an estimate from another Angie's List provider to paint the interior of my condo. The "other" painter came to give me an estimate but when I called him back to see when he can start, he never called me back. I asked Kyle if he could do the job and he said yes and beat the other painter's price. Kyle's crew did the job well and when I did not like the staining on one of the cabinet doors it redone to my liking without questions and at no extra cost. I really liked the recess lights with dimmers installed in my daughter's bedroom. I will likely call Kyle to install the same type of lights in my room down the road. Thank you.

The owner "Kely" was responsive and very professional. He did very good job, but some of his crew did not provide quality work.

Kyle did two downstairs bathrooms in my primary residence and two upstairs bathrooms in my rental. The finished work of installing the vanity, medicine cabinet, plumbing and tile work was so good I hired him to do the rental unit work. This involved the same materials as the first but also include leveling the upstairs master bathroom flooring before the tile work could be done. This was unexpected but Kyle handled without problems or extra cost. He was also able to expand the shower so a seat could be included. I was completely pleased with the finished work and will call Kyle first when I need additional work. NOTE: I posted a more extensive review but it somehow got posted under the handyman label. Kyle and team are not "handymen" they are professional builders in my opinion.

Unfotunately, I did not use Kyle's services. He is located in Fullerton, greater than 40 miles away in rough traffic. I opted to use a contractor closer to my home.

The work quality was excellent. Finish carpentry skills was amazing. They help me get the loft ready for my kids and put a very nice walkway between two rooms where there use to be a wall. They ran into pipes in the way we we're expecting, but did a great job working around them. The add on for extra hours work was very reasonable. I certainly plan to use them again.

I can't say enough about Kyle and his crew that completed our project!!! They were all terrific...always on time, excellent communication, unbelievable attention to detail, and all-around GREAT guys!!! They worked so hard every day, and when done, cleaned up so we didn't even know they had been there! Don't hesitate to hire Kyle and his crew(he has several depending on what you're having done). They are true PROFESSIONALS! Even though Kyle wasn't always on site, he would drop by to check on his crew and make sure everything was going A-OK! Kyle was very accommodating to some odd jobs I added to the work as we went along. I really appreciated that because some things I had forgotten about doing after other things were done. Kyle was a total professional and fun to work witH, too! After completing our job, we were actually a little sorry to see them go...that's how great they all were as workers! Thank you to all of Kyles crew and a BIG thank you to Kyle!!!!

The project went well. The workers were outstanding and the finished product is better than I expected it could be. We love the new shower (frameless) and tile work done by Louis. DEFINITELY GET A QUOTE FROM KYLE - He is trustworthy and has employees that go the extra mile to do a great job.

After having 3 previous estimates, I had Kyle come out and give me an estimate on both of my bathrooms, which I don't believe had been done since the 70s. He by far had the best estimate and time frame so I accepted his bid. Due to my schedule however, Kyle was very patient with me, kept in contact and answered any questions that I had prior to starting the remodel which wasn't until the end of October. He did not pester me to get the job going, which I very much appreciated. I asked what each day's plan was and Kyle let me know what was to be expected. The master was the first to be demoed. A brand new tiled shower stall was constructed out of tile in the design I had suggested. It came out beautifully! Everything from cupboards, vanity, mirror, and floor was brand new and just gorgeous when completed. The guest bath was next on the list but Kyle gave me a few days reprieve before they started. The guest bathroom configurations had a very awkward vanity space design and Kyle listened to my ideas as well as offering his own to fix this dilemma and might I say, it came out beautifully! As we slowly moved back into the bathrooms, a few glitches came up. I contacted Kyle wherein he immediately got back to me and came out and fixed the problems. I am very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of these remodels and would definitely recommend using Kyle Beym Home Improvement to any of my friends. He was in constant contact with me, answered any of my concerns along the way, came out during the job to see how things were going, as well as checking the final product, so to speak. His workers were efficient, paid attention to detail, courteous, and most importantly, didn't let my house cats escape. The remodels have definitely added value to my home but more importantly have added eye appeal as well. I can definitely add that this remodel was by far less stressful than my kitchen remodel which was done by a different company. Thank you Kyle.

I got a bid for the project back in April, but had to put on a back burner for awhile. Kyle checked in periodically to see if I was ready to proceed. It took me some time to select & purchase the items needed for the remodel, but when I finally had most of the items selected and purchased Kyle scheduled the project. Work began in August. Kyle's workers, Luis & Jorge started their day early to accommodate our work schedule. They put down tarps & heavy duty paper to protect our floors, and tried to keep the mess to a minimum. We had a couple of concerns along the way, but when we contacted Kyle, he had his guys take care of the problems immediately. Kyle is very low-key and handles the issues that come up calmly & efficiently.

I bought a coupon, plus added some extras such as a new window, recessed lighting, bead board, fan, new tub, toilet, sink/vanity and marble tiles. Everything went very well. The workers Jorje and Louis, were very polite and hard working. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The quality of their work was outstanding, I am very pleased. The bath turned out very beautifully. The best part was it was very quick. They were finished in 2 weeks. I thought Kyle's pricing was also very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend him to all!
